Collectionsetc.com always keeps in touch with its customers via e-mail to let me know when my order is being shipped & if there are any backorders, along with an estimated time of shipment of those backorders. The products are always what I have expected. They don't sell junk & the prices are very appropriate for the items purchased.

The only downfall is how long it takes to get here.

The outdoor furniture covers are great quality and great price. Keeps me from having to clean off Outdoor furniture when I want to use them. Drawstring keeps them in place.
