Free Shipping, but a processing fee and sales tax on the internet? I've only seen a processing fee from scammers, and sales tax is only to be charged if you have a storefront in TX, I don't see that you do, so I doubt you send that to the state either. So we'll see how long it takes to get to me, probably not two days like Amazon. But a membership that's almost twice as expensive than Amazon, without a music and streaming service? One would have to be purchasing a lot every month to come close to justifying that, and then it would probably be a wash. The table did come in with all the extra charges, minus the 10% first time customer discount at a couple of dollars less than either Amazon or Walmart. But a processing fee is just bad business. It's better to have a low shipping & handling fee than say free shipping and hit people up for a processing fee. Even the one charging that knows it's unethical, under the table type of "get them in the back end" type of business dealing, they do it with a sly grin. And then you hit people up with a $14.95 PER MONTH, membership fee? One would have to spend $150 per month just to break even, so that left another bad taste in my mouth. You went from a new place to shop on the front end, to not sure if this was a good idea at checkout.

I received the product, and it was offered by many others, but including the "handling fee" it was still $2 cheaper here. But it would have arrived in two days from my other source, and it took about 2 weeks to get it from here. The quality of the product would have been the same as the other sources as it was the exact same table I was looking at from all retailers. It's a very thin table that I'm not sure how long it will last. I will buy some plastic wood and fill in the holes from the screws, then get some furniture stain to try to match the color. The stickers that come with it are not the same color as the cabinet/table, so as my sister said, it looks like the children put stickers all over it. Very bad look, but I think I can make it work. It is functional, is a little taller than my old one, which works better for me. The little pull out in front of the table, which I thought I'd use a lot as I used it on my other table, is useless. My cup won't fit in the cut outs for the drinks, and there is not a kleenex box made that I'm aware of that would fit in the cut out they have for those items. Unfortunately it's not reversible so one could use it as a drawer, that would be useful. But for a side table for under $100, it will do until I find something better.
One tip to Collectionsetc.com, you will find better success if when you offer "free shipping" you don't sneak in a "handling fee", it comes off a deceitful and destroys good will with your customers. Had it not been for that, I believe it would have been a much better experience. Even if the item were $4 more, but there was no "handling fee", it would have felt like an honest transaction, than one where you feel like you're being dupped.
