Took forever to receive. Items arrive today.

Box was not sealed when delivered. No packing in box. Was not able to speak to customer service assuming due to covid 19. Delivery time longer than usual also.

Great item for the price

I was unable to reach customer service to cancel a duplicate order. When I received both orders, I decided to keep both of them and share with some of my family.

Did not realize Shams came in single pieces with a king size bedspread. Now I have to pay for shipping and processing for the other sham. The sham cost $2.97 and I am paying $14.99 to get the one I need. The last set I ordered came with two shams. I did not notice that it was for 1 sham this order. Not happy.

I have issues with fedx they dont deliver to my porch or door they leave it in the yard or leave it on the stairs or stuff it in my mail box i have to hunt for the package whenever my email says its been delivered i have complained to them but it makes no difference because i dont select who delivers

My order was received in a timely fashion and the prices are very reasonable.

I ordered 2 of the Paw Prints on Your Heart Rugs (dogs) and they look great in my family room. I also ordered the Massaging Comfort Slides and they are great.

The handle covers are lovely. They look really good. Would love to see more choices.

Good service and products. Prices are fair. My next order has something on backorder that won't be delivered until about 6/24! The delivery time takes much too long. I will attribute this to the issues that COVID-19 has created for all deliveries.
