Very good
You can find good deals on this site, but if you ever need to return anything defective, they want you to pay the shipping. Instead of them paying the return shipping, they give you a credit, which is only good for a few months. Their customer service is very experienced at jerking you around, hoping you'll go away... and take their defective merchandise with you.
Product didn't arrive until 2 days after the email / tracking said it would.
Product does not solve my situation with furniture like i thought.

I've bought from Collections several times and appreciate their quality and price. Wish they offered more Made in USA items, though! It would be wonderful if they mentioned country of origin with each description.
China has realized that Americans want quality and come through with it in most cases (except for statuary with eyes staring at the ceiling). But Pakistan and India haven't come on board yet, especially with cloth items (clothing, linens, etc.). Consistent dye jobs and secure buttons and seams don't seem to be important to them. Hey, guys, I don't care what your religion is, if you want my business, 'Let the Buyer Beware' should be a slogan of the past.
