Unable to phone order on 5/13 because of wait time. Placed on line and did not receive confirmation that the order had been received. Reordered same on 5/17. Received 5/13 order, w/backorder on grey purse. Received a second (duplicate) order from 5/17. Still backorder on grey purse. Did not need duplicates but keeping. Lack of confirmation on original order caused the duplicate situation. Not service that I had come to expect.

Does not run true to size. Space between snaps too large, should have twice as many snaps.
