Easy to shop and pay

My package was lost for a few weeks. I have never had this problem before. I did receive it and everything ordered was in the package. There are issues with the website, I can't clear my shopping cart from previous orders, don't know what to do about this.

Yes, I received a lighted canvas and the switch did not work! I called collections etc customer service and explained the problem and they replaced it and I received it today and am happy to report this one w orks! Thank-you! This is why I deal with collections etc all the time!

Ordered the silver & reds lighted beads. Very cheap looking lights & colors are not true to the color.
