I've ordered from Collections for years and the things I have purchased have been affordable and have added to my holiday and summer decorations. Some things have lasted, and be reused, for several years, so I will continue to order from this catalogue and to recommend Collections, Etc., to my friends.

I wrote to you regarding my order after one email and two telephone calls. To date, I had not had a reply. Therefore, I will not be ordering again and asked you to cancel my back order. As the saying goes, "the ball is in your court."
I am satisfied with my purchase, and product.
All in all it was a good experience. However, for a $12.99 order I though that a processing fee of $4 and $7 shipping was a bit much. That basically doubled the cost of the item once everything was added up.

The sofa cover was exactly the color I was hoping it would be. The new catalog has a cover in it that I really want. It's totally different. It has bears on it and I have some bear collectibles.
I had some issues (first time ever) when trying to submit my order. After a few days, when I didn't receive any type of confirmation, I went to the site and found that all of the items in my cart were tripled and the order never processed. I had to fix the order and then found out that some of the items were no longer in stock w/no guarantee they would be. So I didn't order those. Then when my order arrived, some of the items were (and still are) on back order. Normally that wouldn't be a big deal, but the Fall seasonal items aren't expected to arrive until the end of November, when it's time to begin decorating for the Christmas holiday. Everything that did arrive was in good condition. As a side note, on a previous order, I contacted Customer Service by email regarding a damaged item and never heard anything back. It was a clearance item and not worth the S/H to send it back. THat was extremely disappointing because CollectionsEtc has always had good customer service.
I received my order but an item was missing I called and customer service person was helpful and said item was on its way. I then was charged again for the item which I already had paid for. The day the new item arrived I was issued a refund on so I only paid once for it. The customer service person was very helpful

My wife placed an order with Collections Etc and charged it to her debit account. She called back on Friday to check on items that were on back order to make sure that she was charged and they would be shipped when available. My wife then went to deposit money in her debit account and was told there was only $9 and odd change left in the account. My wife called Collections Etc and had the order cancelled. I have paperwork from the Bank that clearly shows that Collections Etc made two transactions and took all the money in her debit account. I waited over an hour on the customer service number of *******700 to finally get to someone and then requested a supervisor. Who then told me that I would have to fax this information to *******015. I have faxed this information to them at this number. The customer service representatives are not cooperative, are elusive, and very condescending. I would not deal with these people ever!
Shelves didn't line up and the holes were to big for the screws. We had to get different screws to put them together b thankfully I have a handy husband. I would not recommend this to anyone.
I didn't realize it was for Christmas. I had planned to use it year round and this just isn't going to work. I am in the process of making a return.
I absolutely love the wagon, it is adorable. As of customer service the lady I spoke to was very helpful, kind and straight to the point. I was only unhappy with the shipping, I had no idea it too so long before it was ship t out. Thankfully I had placed my ordered early enough to receive it just before the wedding to use it.

Answer: Not sure if you have already resolved this or not but customer service email fir collections etc is [email protected] They are very helpful and promptly replied to me when I emailed them. (Within less than 2 hours on a Sunday, they replied to me.)
