Friendly & helpful when contacted. Backorders aren't charged until sent. Am getting a backorder 3 weeks after I placed the order. It is on the way now. Given a choice too cancel a backorder when first notified it is a back order & can contact them prior to shipment to cancelled. Am very satisfied with Collectionetc.com.

There was no backing to the carpets we purchased. Should have had some for the price we paid.
