The products i ordered was duplicated. When i called the office i was told there was nothing i could do about it and to send one of the packages back to them. They gave me an $8 disscount, which I have yet to get in my credit card. I cannot figure if they have charged me twice, but it was all confusing and I had to go to the trouble of packaging and finding a mailing place to return the order.
I like ordering from CollectionsEtc as I can always find what I am looking for when I can not find any where else. Their prices are always good
I have shopped with Collections for some time. Prices are very reasonable. Also, I can get what I call novelty items from Collections that I can't get anywhere else. The items I order are very well made, of good quality.
I have liked each item I have ordered from Collections. The delay in receiving my order of two Christmas table runners/ scarf was not a big problem. Collections informed me that there would be a delay and I was grateful to know that. I usually order items ahead of when I will need them so I was not anxious about my order.
I am a big fan of Collections items. The table runners I have purchased (at least ten) are beautiful. I have. Ordered other kinds of things and have been pleased as well.
I thought since I left my e-mail address I was to get 10% off plus free shipping.I only got free shipping. Disapointed!
DID NOT RECEIVE ITEMS!
The only reason I contacted customer service was because one of my items was missing from the order yet the enclosed receipt showed it was there and I was charged for it. I called and explained the item was missing and the representative was very polite and professional. She processed my issue quickly, assuring me that the item would be shipped within about 7 business days. My credit card used to make the initial purchase was refunded the amount of the item. Then about 3 days later, the item I wanted was delivered and my credit card was then charged only for the item and NOT any additional shipping charges. I found this to be very satisfactory with one caveat... Had the receipt with the first delivery mentioned the missing item was either backordered or to be shipped separately, I would not have had to call. Otherwise, a good shopping experience.
Even though item was on backorder, it came right at the predicted time specified when I ordered. It fit our recliner almost perfect!

Company didn't send me an email receipt confirming my order. Called the company twice and no one tried to help. Will not be purchasing from this company again.
