I ordered several items. Had a problem with the 3 package of terry cloth bibs. Only got one. It was i package with 3 bibs...only the clerk didn't read the order as only one bib was sent. Called and the rep. Told me he was sorry i didn't get all three. Offered to let me keep the one bib and refund my $19.99 i paid for three. I told him i wanted all three and that offer was not acceptable. He said he was sorry but he could not send another package of bibs out. Reminded him of the letter head that said 100 % satisfaction guaranteed. Then i asked to speak to a supervisor.it took a while but he said he had received permission to sent the new package of three. Have not gotten them in the mail yet. Offered to have you only send two as i already had one...said they only came in packages of three. Why then did i only receive one?
I received 3 of the same shirt but different sizes. I am not sure what happened but I would like to return 2 Of them. Can you send me a return label?
