Very quick. On time.

Good product at fair price

Have been a customer of Collectionsetc for years and with very few exceptions have always received wonderful products.

My husband is thrilled with his purchase

Of the 3 items I received, one was the wrong thing. When I called they said to keep the blouse (not my size) but to reorder with my credit. Unfortunately though they would forgo the shipping charge, they still made me pay another $6 to reorder my item. This is not fair as I had already paid & the mistake was not mine. I am extremely disappointed.

It is difficult to rate the overall experience when the order is divided up into four separate shipments. We are still waiting on two items.

Quality of scare crow is disappointing

It took a very long time to receive the product. Just received yesterday 10/2/2020

Great deal on couch/loveseat/recliner long-arm slipcovers. LR looks so much neater and I have very little work to do to keep it that way. THANK YOU COLLECTIONS!
