I like what you carry and everything I get packaged right nothing broken
I ordered on 9/5 and didn't receive till 9/27 that was 2 items, the 3rd came on 10/2. Called x 2 was suppose to get call back, never did. 2nd time got a machine. Poor customer service for the 1dt time. Makes me not wanting to order again. What's up?

Products I received were all of good quality and packaged well. The only thing is that the processing fee keeps on going up and now it is near $4.00. That's is why I try to get my items for free shipping.
Like the items ordered/received. Unfortunately, had to place the order twice. Something went wrong between Collections Etc. and PayPal. Got a note saying there was a problem, had to call Collections Etc. Arvel was helpful, explained the best/easiest option was to cancel the first order and place it again online, which I did. That order went well and we received the ordered items in timely fashion. If not for the need to re-do the order, I'd have labelled this as a 5-star experience.

Guess I will stick to ordering by snail mail. This was a huge waste of time to get 10% discount on order. Have to sign up for automatic $14.95/per month charge to get the 10%.no thanks. 2 phone calls, order that didn't go through, double charge on pay pal, no thanks
