I absolutely love the quilts and the shams that I purchased.
The prices are reasonable and receiving the products in a timely fashion.
The shipping charges are too high so i usually don't order anything unless I get free or reduced shipping.

My shopping and product experience was fine. My only issue was with the fact that I kept receiving emails about the item that I had ordered, and received confirmation of order, indicating that it was still in my cart. Customer service kept sending responses that implied that perhaps I needed to clear history or cookies making the problem look as if it was on my end, and not theirs. I actually received another email a week after I had received the order. No resolution from customer service.

The rugs were folded up in plastic bags for so long that the creases would not come out. They were useless in there inability to enhance our home as we had hoped they would. We sent them back are awaiting our refund.
