I purchased a number of items from Collections Etc. and so far I am very happy with each and every item.

Very happy with the curtains. They are just what I Expected. Quality is very good. Cannot wait until I can put them up for the holiday

I was surprised to see the quality of the products ordered. In the past, I have found only high quality products but this time, not so much. I found things having a cheaper feel to them. Shirts were very cheap feeling and was happy they did not fit so I could return them. Other items were just a disappointment. Not sure if I will place another order or chalk this one up to an exception of what I expected. I don't have the technology to add photos/proof of purchase.

I am very happy with the selection, price, and quality of the products available thru Collections, etc. I recommend shopping for unique items, for special occasions, and gifts.

I received most of my order and I am pleased with the items that came, but there is still one item on back order that I didn't get yet. Hopeful that it will get delivered soon.

Order was received in a very timely manner. Love the comforter set it is beautiful the color was just what I was hoping to have in my bedroom.

The seat cushions aren't what I expected. They are firm like I thought they would be.
The big pillow is terrible to soft not firm enough

Collections Etc. has decorated a lot of my home! That included Christmas decorations and many Christmas gifts. I have never been disappointed and their shipping is always in a timely manner!

Loved every item. The wagon was smaller than expected, but I did not mind at all. My cat is almost the same size. Still so cute for my garden. Sorry, but the photo wouldn't upload straight.

I ordered Solar Trees Wall and Fence Decor and they came tightly packed in a small box. They were totally smashed and the bows were crumpled. They are not usable. I called to complain and they were to send me a merchandise certificate, however I have still not received it.

Tried to return an item that was too small. First tried to download return label through website. It didn't work. Called customer service twice. Both said they would send an email with the return label, didn't happen. The second person told me it would cost $11.99 to return a very small package with a clothing article in it. The article cost me $19.99, I would only receive a $8 refund. The representative said he'd waive the $11.99 as a one time courtesy. But I never received the return label. So be cautious with returns if you're not sure of size. All other items in the order was in good condition and I've ordered from them before but never had to return anything before

They are really nice for the price My sisters loved them. I ordered the SPECIAL SISTER ROSE THROW and they are lovely.

Overall the package delivered is quick. The price is good. However the umbrella is very difficult to open.
