DON'T. I repeat DON'T Order from Collections Etc, I placed an order for 3 shoe racks, when I received my order it was not the shoe racks that I had ordered. I call customer service and explained nicely that they sent me the wrong shoe racks, They told me to return the shoe racks at my cost, and that I would be charged a restocking fee. Then I will receive a credit on my account, after the restocking fee was paid. WHY? Do I have to pay a restocking fee and why do I have to pay to return the shoe racks? This company SUCKS and their stuff is not all that great! REPEAT save your time and money DONT ORDER FROM COLLECTIONS ETC

Only one of the two items, *******, was included in the package. I have sent e-mails and left messages on the Collections.com website, but no response.

Delivery was on time and in perfect shape. I am giving them as a Christmas present. My family is very interested in the flavors.

I love the items, just wish it didn't take so long to receive the package. Got most of my Christmas shopping done with LTD.

I still havent received my 2-orders of poop mints and they are a gift to be given on Thanksgiving! It shouldnt be that hard to put 6 little containers in a box and mail tham out.

When I ordered some stair mats online the total came to $79.76. It showed free shipping when I hit complete order. Later, I noticed two charges on my credit card bill. One for $79.76 and another for $106.14. When I called the first time, I was told that the 106 was for a premier membership I requested. I said I never requested one and was told they would handle it. Today I noticed the same charges and called. I was told by one person that it was not a membership fee but merchandise. Next person I spoke with was very confusing saying that the $79 was going to be credited, but the $106 was the bill which included shipping. I mentioned that that shipping was supposed to be free, but she insisted it wasn't. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she apparently put the phone down. I kept on asking if she was there but was getting nothing but silence. Waited 10 minutes and finally hung up. Will never deal with this company again!

I had ordered a lot of items from this company for the holidays which was a big mistake. Every item I ordered was in stock at the time of purchase only to receive many emails stating that the item was on back order TWICE. They would not send me the rest of the order without the ONE item in back order. Couldn't understand why they would do this. They rather lose a sale. Will never order again from this company.

This is a gift and I still haven't given it to the recipient. I am happy with the items I ordered. Can't wait to see the smiles on their faces.

The little trees did look cheap. The description said pre-lit but that was not the case. They had light sets for me to put on. I returned them already.

I have been a customer of this company for many years, always excellent customer service, dellivery and products.

I got these to put in my pastures hoping they would put off enough red light to ward off predators because I raise sheep. I don't know if that works but It's worth a chance. These do not last but a few hours after being in the sun all day.

I ordered 3 pairs of slippers, all on great sale prices and they were PERFECT! PERFECT FAST DELIVERY, PERFECT CONDITION, PERFECT FIT! All were holiday designs, 2 snowman and I sequin Christmas tree; they were all so well made and adorable! One pair even lit up! I also ordered a graphic design tee shirt. It was so soft, beautifully made, and true to size fit. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING, I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO ORDER AGAIN!

The little farm barn with animals that talk when squeezed is so cute and just right for a little baby just learning to walk. It has a handle for him to carry and is going to be the best Christmas gift ever!

We order things that you just can't find in a regular box store. Always unique and fun! Great prices!

When I first started getting this magazine there were NO pornographic materials for about six months to a year and I got plenty of magazines. There were even Christian religious themed items. For the past four catalogues of summer and fall of 2022 magazines contained pornographic materials completely unwholesome to the Christian ethic and completely unsafe to have sitting on a grandparents coffee table.

I had my young grandchildren very nearby in my home when I discovered the pornographic content, thankfully I discovered it first.

The first catalogues that came with this content had only a two page spread, then subsequent ones had more and more such content. I realized that ma y older adults without technology or know how might not be able to use some of the products, but don't worry, Collections Etc. advertises a DVD player for older adults who aren't tech savvy and don't use the internet to order things.

It has occurred to me that this may be an industry that preys on older adults, getting them to sign up for a feel-good family oriented home decor and PG personal items magazine only to send out naughty magazines after the first year and get lonely older adults hooked on porn.

Be careful and don't get sucked in. Cancel your subscription. Satan prowls around like a hungry lion seeking whom he can devour.

I ordered 7 different trinket ornaments for my 7 grandkids, and each one is so cute and adorable! I am so looking forward to seeing their faces when they open the ornament to find the surprise inside! Not only are the ornaments very well made, the price was reasonable, and believed me I shopped around for quality as well as best value….very happy with my purchase. Only negative is that I am still waiting for my Rakuten cash back, but I'm sure they will make it right!

This was/is a very pretty rug, but it came to me damaged (see picture below). I called the customer service number and explained the situation to them, and they offered to send me a replacement, free of charge, and I could do what I wanted with the damaged one.
