I ordered an item as a birthday gift. It was sent to the BILLING address twice within a short time. I called, received the return label and sent the item back. I had to call to find out if it was shipped again. I ordered it mid-July and it was not delivered until Aug. 14. And so much for the BIRTHDAY surprise. It is difficult to understand phone operators and one was not very pleasant. The last lady made my day when she said it was delivered that day. Too bad the addresses were not followed correctly.
