The clothing items were too small so I needed to return them. Also the quality was not to my liking.

Both items came fast and are great. The train is really cute, and I love the butterfly stakes. I'm excited to display them!

I enjoy shopping with Collections Etc. They offer unique products you may not see at various stores and they also offer great pricing, sales, and free shipping. Love the free shipping when offered. The products are packaged well. In the event of something breaking due to the shipper, they will gladly replace the item at no cost to you. Recently I had a defective Christmas bulb, it was not painted red all the way to the edge, showing some white background. I didn't notice it until I was ready to give it to my niece. Called them, and again, they gladly replaced the item and didn't charge me for shipping. This is fantastic customer service and I really like dealing with them and appreciate them. :)

The runner is beautiful, I wish you had a round tablecloth to match! I really like your catalog and wish I could afford more items. I am a senior living on a fixed income, so only have a small amount I can spend out of my check.

The shoes were so narrow I couldn't even get my foot in them. I donated them to Amvets, I won't order again from here.

EVERYTHING CAME IN GOOD CONDTION! BOTTLES WERE WRAPPED TO AVOID SPILLAGE. CLOTHING WERE ALSO IN PLASTIC SO AS TO AVOID ANY DAMAGE. ALL CLOTHING FITS PERFECTLY. IF YOU EVER NEED TO RETURN ANYTHING, THE PROCESS IS VERY SMOOTH.

I purchased the elf shelf sitters for myself and I really surprised that they were so big and well made. Love 'em! The gnome nativity set was for my daughter's birthday. I ordered pretty close to her birthday and didn't expect to get them until after her birthday. But I was so surprised to get them several days before her birthday!
