Do not buy from collections etc, I was charged extra money after they realized they didn't charge me enough for the items i ordered. They therefore went back into my bank account and withdrew more money after purchase was completed. This is a China based company. Lucky PayPal refunded all of my monies.

I bought one of these a year ago and loved using it so much that I bought another for my husband this year. It is warm and comfortable and cozy. Love snuggling in it and watching a movie.

On an order placed online. Returned all items. Reason poor quality, to large for size. Merchandise total was 60.30 / shipping processing $17.98, tax 6.30. Would not refund shipping though I had thought I was getting free shipping for first time ordering. WRONG! They won't allow you to use free shipping code and the 15% discount for being first time customer. Then to send the stuff back I have to pay the shipping fee of $11.99. So I didn't even get the amount of the purchase refunded! Refund total was $48.31. Then I spend almost an hour trying to understand the customer service person! Never, ever will I shop here again!

Received my order in a timely manner... all items were included... no problems... my favorite item is the turtleneck $#*!ies with zipper... the item stays in place because of the arm holes... also, ordered the blue fleece tights... they cannot be mistaken as black... excellent...

I am exchanging an item #******* order #******* ordered 9/26/2022 and correct papers filled out and sent a couple days after receiving and have yet to receive confirmation they have received this return pkg... I feel it is good business to notify patrons when you receive return for exchange items. The item is very good quality --and patron would know process is continuing for an exchange..
