Pet couch cover color perfect. The hand held shower holder is wonderful. I use one on the side of the bathtub while bathing doggies and the other in master bedroom shower next to the bench. Don't know why this product has not been available?

I received my initial order very timely which included a pair of leggings that were damaged. I called the number on the return label and spoke to a representative. How nice was that to actually be able to speak to a live person. She was very helpful and within a week I had received a replacement pair. I am so pleased with the service I received.

This cat quilt is high quality. The colors are perfect. There's a cute blue gigham stripe on the very bottom that compliments the quilt. Now I NEED the shams that match.

Both items I purchased were very nice and the sale price was very affordable. The wreath was especially vibrant and perfect addition to my fall decor.

Purchased these to give to my loved ones. I will paint the date on the bottom and their initals. Every year I give my grandchildren an ornament since birth so by the time they have their own homes and trees they will also have memories. For the price I am happy.

I ordered rugs and eyebrow pencils. Of course, I did not expect them in 1 bag, but both items on the receipt as if in the bag, and nothing back-ordered. My visa was fully charged. Only Rugs in the bag.
There were no eyebrow pencils with the carpets and when I called they tried to charge me a second-time and would offer no other solution. Buyer beware especially before Christmas.

My order was mixed up. I ordered 2 items but received only one. I did receive an ornament that I did not order. I called immediately and was told the missing article would be sent and to keep the ornament. The missing article came yesterday. Fast service and very nice.

I am fairly happy with quality of their merchandise. However, this last time I tried to cancel my order. It took 24 hrs to get an order number without which I couldn't cancel. By the time I got the order number in an email, it was "too late to cancel." Returning the merchandise cost $11.99 for the return label (also lost the $5.99 handling charge placed on all orders even if shipping is free). So I lost about $18, but Collections Etc lost a long time customer, and I learned a valuable lesson.

Saw picture on line. Thought it would be compatible with my requirements for an outdoor mat for the fall. It fell short. Too thin. No packing slip or way to return so no wway to include "proof of purchase". I have to keep it though I won't use product

You'll never go wrong with Collections. Everything I've ordered has been great and on time.
Returns are not a problem. Not that I have ever had to return anything, but... Great company to deal with.
