I truly like shopping online in the comfort of my own home. The reviews help tremendously as they are the main factor when I buy something sight unseen. I always strive to buy when I know I receive free shipping. That way if I really have to return an item, it's not so bad but it is rare I need too. It really depends on the price of the item.
Two things I wish Collections etc. and all other retailers would do is not send out so many e-mails as what a person can buy all the time.
Another thing that kind of bugs me is when you buy something and the next brochure you see the product for less or there is a better deal as far as shipping etc.

Says free shipping + 10% but didn't ring up that way. Cust svc says only 1 or the other, plus added $2.95 handling fees after Paypal total$ was approved.
I like decorating for the various seasons. I can count on Collections for finding items at reasonable prices.
