I didn't receive my whole order. What I did order was fine and I was satisfied but I ordered two of the magnets that go on the dishwasher and they are on back order until I believe March. I still want them but I feel that is a long backorder from December,
My order came on the day I was notified it would. Everything was right like I ordered.
Apparently when we placed the first order you were having paypal problems which your customer rep could not explain. We finalized the purchase with a Credit Card.

Everything that l have ordered from you l have received and l love shopping with you all online and at your stores but now it's hard because l live on a fixed income and all your prices has gone up so much it makes it hard to shop with at your stores.
When I received my order, it seemed to be packed o.k. When I opened it the flower arrangement that I ordered comes with votive cups. One of the cups was broken, one had a dip in the top of the glass.
I called Collections, explained my problem. The young man I spoke to was very knowledgeable. He placed an order for another arrangement to be sent. I know that sometimes these things happen in shipment, so I am still giving 5 stars.
