I have not received the entire order! Have not received fruit portion of order!
I was not happy because I did not get the second pattern of table cloth I ordered, and secondly I was charge quit a bit more then the catalog said. I was not notified, just charged more on my pay pal account.
Was able to order & it arrived really quick~I had ordered the exact same bedspread/quilt & was hoping to order another one & I was able to find it easily AND it was on sale~!
Overall, the ordering went smoothly. The only thing I would like to see is more updates and when the product will arrive so better shipping information.

I was impressed with the quality of the merchandise. The pajamas fit great, very comfortable and very pretty colors. I bought two colors then came back and ordered two more colors, because I loved them so much! The rugs I bought for my laundry room are very nice colors and a cute design. They pick up a lot of foot debris coming in from outside. I'm a very satisfied customer!
Slippers fit perfectly. Rose and butterfly quilt and pillow shams are so pretty, just as pictured and described in catalog and online. My granddaughter loves the zip front plush bed jacket over her pj's. Absolutely love shopping with Collections Etc, so many affordable and beautiful items.
I ordered the tee shirt for a new dad. I would have liked to receive a larger size, but the sentiment was received well by the recepient.
I received my order #******* and one of the two items - a lighted Halloween lighted wall basket (item # *******) doesn't work. I call your customer service on January 14 to explain and was offered and accepted a free replacement to be sent. I haven't received the item yet but my bank account shows I am being charged for the item. Please advise. Thank you!

Items were delivered on time, perhaps earlier than expected.
Question: please check into your policy of "free shipping" because charges appear on my credit card statement that "cover" these free shipping notices. Secondly, "handling" is a way of adding to your income. What does handling actually cover? This is usually a charge that many companies add to the "cost" to the customer that doesn't truly apply to ship the items.

Answer: Not sure if you have already resolved this or not but customer service email fir collections etc is [email protected] They are very helpful and promptly replied to me when I emailed them. (Within less than 2 hours on a Sunday, they replied to me.)
