The order was delivered when it was promised The bar does not screw to the tub tight enough to not worry about. It came offf the first time. Now with it tightened as tight as anyone can get it, it seems to be holding.

When I received the mug it was broken. I called Customer Service & I was told another one would be shipped to me. It was a Christmas gift & had been on back order. I received it the first week of this month & when I called to tell Customer Service it arrived broken they said they would send me another one & that it was available. As of today January 23rd I have not received a replacement.
