I received my order in a timely manner. Happy with everything.

When I placed my order, the total, including tax, shipping, was $53. After the item shipped, I was informed there was a change in my order. The price went up almost $8. The nerve to change the price and I still haven't any idea how PayPal approved the increase. Shame on both of you!

I enjoy shopping here on this site and the products are terrific also.

This is annoying that I need to fill this out with 50 words just to confirm my order. Why? I just went from 5 stars and great to 4 stars and good.

Had to return chair covers very disappointed in the quality. The first time I had to ever send anything back return directions are not clarified. I hope that I will be notified per my credit.

Great prices but slow shipping. Always have this issue when Pitney Bowes is used for shipping. Packages can lay for a week before they move anywhere.

I ordered on line instead of my catalog, in order to get it to my daughter Jessica, ASAP. You did not take my free shipping code and changed my $40 PayPal to $60.

I ordered 2 items from collections.com on Dec 7th for Christmas gifts for my husband and I have yet to receive them. This stuff must be on a slow boat from china!

Worst thing I have ever ordered. Complete piece of junk. It's a solar light snowman with thermometer. When I went to stake it in the ground part of the stake broke off. I wired it up against the fence. The solar light worked one night. The next week the thermometer stopped working. How can something as simple as a thermometer stop working?

I received what I ordered. The blanket has an odor of chemicals but I'm assuming that it will wash out.

It was okay, but one of my additional orders had an error. I called and talked with someone from customer service and they were suppose to send me an additional two at no charge. Order was received replacing only one item and then I was charged.
