Tried to send them back the couch and love seat cover were to sm. The price to send them back was $65.00. Through the USPS. I will not order anything else like that Through collections again.
Clothing was not as nice as I'm used to getting from Collections. These were Christmas tops and the appliqués looked cheap. I've always had good quality from Collections, but admit this is the first time I've ordered clothing with appliqués. Shipping was quick and accurate.
All was fine except I'm missing one item that I ordered.

I bought as I previously mentioned,a Quilt (a big tear in it), a heating massage pad (doesn't heat), 4 mug handles(I like), dishwasher magnet cover(I like), my order came to $148.63, which additional.65 was taken out, which for some reason, an in turned, MasterCard blocked my card, for they got concerned, but I'm upset, that the Quilt I purchased, I can't return it, so was told to keep it, an I will get a refund of the price of the Quilt, in 5-7 days, well its been way over that, an I haven't received that refund. So I'm enquiring where my refund of the Quilt?
Since I found through Amazon, I presumed I would get a 2 or 3 day turnaround. I did not, and missed my event date, even though I paid additional shipping. I can't find my invoice, but I believe I'm missing one of the items I ordered. I don't believe I will do business with Collections Etc. again.
This company is a FRAUD. I purchased $354.09 in merchandise and they placed a hold for over $1,500 with my bank. This has overdrawn my account by over $600. I called Collections, Etc. and have been told by 3 different people that this is their pattern and practice. I was also told not to worry that the excess funds will be released in 6 days. WTF? My account is overdrawn by $600 leaving me without access to any funds for 6 days and they casually tell me not to worry? I guess I'll just go without food for the next 6 days. Needless to say, I canceled my order and am sitting waiting, hungry, for my money to be returned to me.
Two items ordered. The ice carpet was delivered very timely. Much sooner than the estimated 7-10 business days. The chair armrest covers was delivered this week. Longer than the estimated delivery; however, this was possibly due to the two back-to-back holidays, Christmas and New Year. I was a little concerned at first because the link to Federal Express could not provide status. Wasn't working. Few attempts made. Historically, Federal Express has very poor online and phone customer service. Can never get through or links don't work. I called Collections Etc. customer service and the person was able to confirm item should be delivered soon and to give it a few more days. The arm covers was delivered next day, January 10th.
Received all items in good shape. The color-changing tree, the color-changing Nutcracker, and the train.
This was the second runner I ordered because I loved the first one. It goes perfectly with my Christmas decor & is beautifully made.
Everything went okay. Just disappointed that the 4doll set in animal pj's with accessories wasn't available

My mailing and billing address is 214 Lamar Dr Claremont Ca *******. I called and waited but still haven't received my order. The $ was taken out and I didn't receive my order.
