I have not used all the items I ordered, but what I have have been what I expected.

I tried to order other items, but it would not show up in this same shopping cart. It appeared that I would have to order them completely separately.

Except for this order I have nothing but good things to say about collectionsetc.com. And even the mix-up on this order was handled pretty well. I think they are a solid company and I intend to continue to buy from them.

Thought I was getting a discount for signing up but... at check out it went away. Hmm...

I am satisfied with the product

I guess I overloaded the cushion bag. As soon as I zippered it up and tried to pick it up, it ripped all down the side. I'm sorry I purchased it.

All is fine and the solar part is working.

I like the items I bought but not knowing when they would get here was a problem.
