I was sceptical about ordering from this site but risked it anyway. I ordered on the 8th of August in the UK, and my photobook arrived on the 17th. It was estimated to come on the 7th of September so the shipping was amazing! It was such good quality and was the perfect present, my boyfriend loved it and it was very cheap!
Will definitely recommend and order again.

I recently created and purchased a Plush Fleece 60x80 Blanket. It was super fun and easy to make online. Most of my pictures for the blanket were taken on Snapchat on my iPhone, so I was unsure of how they would look on the blanket. I was also nervous because I heard the normal fleece blankets are quite thin (that's why I ordered the thicker plush blanket). When I received my blanket a week later, I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED. I normally don't write reviews, but the blanket was perfect and I'm just so impressed! The pictures turned out very clear and the blanket is fluffy and a great size! It is the cutest blanket ever and will be such a great gift. I will definitely be purchasing more products from this company in the future!

Where do I start when singing this site's praises? No doubt with the ability to chat with staff if I was ever "stuck". But NO WORRIES! I didn't get stuck much. This site is well planned and incredibly user friendly. My roommate is over the moon with her birthday blanket of her pets photos and I love love love my monogrammed plum pillow, both at super reasonable prices. You can select your own text font/color, your own background... heck you can even DESIGN your own background! (See! I told you... WELL thought out!) Then you can upload your own photos and get lost in the fun of creativity. I'll be back again and again... oh yeah. And don't forget to check out the Facebook page and blog for special deals and fun ideas.

I started out ordering a photo blanket and loved it. This led to many other products both for me and to give away as gifts. I could not have been happier with all of my products, and my friends loved their gifts. In one case, before I ordered a beach towel, I decided to ask for comments on my design (was not sure if the figures in the pictures were large enough). Scott was my liaison in Customer Support and we exchanged e-mails and pictures until I was fully satisfied. Needless to say, the towel turned out beautifully!

I have so many precious photograph memories of my little grand daughters. When I saw the photo blankets I decided to order each one of them a personalized blanket of my favorite moments. What a delightful experience I had designing each blanket. It reminded me of the memories my grandmother shared with me as she quilted bits of fabric from worn out dresses. I love the blankets. They are so soft, the photos are so clear, and the service was so fast. I will be ordering more for my other grand children soon. Thank you so much!

I placed my order with collage.com for a surprise 20x30 piece for my husband. The picture wasn't the best quality for this type of project but I had no idea until I received it. He was disappointed but was still happy that I had it done. I got several emails from collage.com telling me that they were committed to 100% customer satisfaction. I deleted several of these (thinking it nothing could be done) and ultimately decided "OK, you know what, I'll just let them know and maybe I'll get a response". Well, not only did I get a response, I was assigned Nichole who worked very closely with me (and my photographer) to get the picture right. When he couldn't find the original, higher resolution shot, they offered to make me an entire new picture, using a new shot, just so I would have something that I would be satisfied with. Nichole was then leaving on vacation and Shell was assigned to my case. Same incredible customer service and dedication to making sure I was happy. The newer shot came out incredible and didn't cost me another cent. In the meantime, my photographer found the original and sent that in. They honored my original Living Social voucher and made that one for me at that same price.

I apologize for the lengthy review but I just cannot say enough good things about collage.com and their commitment to what they do. They are responsive, friendly and absolutely dedicated to the customers they serve. I would not hesitate, not for a second, to recommend them to anyone looking for this type of product (or any others they make). I guarantee I will be back.

I wasn't sure about this website since I had never heard about it prior to seeing an ad on Facebook, but I needed a photo collage in a hurry and they offered a good price. I took a deep breath, crossed my fingers, and ordered one of their largest fleece blankets. The quality of the item was very good. I would recommend that you use high resolution photos if possible, but even those low res-taken by phone camera photos came out okay. One of the surprises to me was how fast my blanket arrived--it was here more than a week before the first anticipated date. I had no problems or questions (their website is quite thorough and explanatory) so I have no idea how they react to complaints. For me the entire ordering and eventually gifting experience was great.

Came across this company while Googling "creative photo ideas." Loved the idea of canvas collages. I made four and was impressed with what I could create. Furthermore, when I needed a little help, their customer service was fabulous. I needed to call in a few times to get assistance and ideas. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful and willing to walk me through my questions. Can't wait for my collages to arrive in the mail. Great first impression and I look forward to buying more from them.

I have ordered several gifts and picture books from Collage.com. I have been extremely satisfied with all of my orders. Today I received an order for a canvas and wood picture and somewhere I ordered it incorrectly. I'm not sure what happened but I was upset since this was my Mothers Birthday present. I spoke with Leah, who told me where I became confused. Leah was so helpful and so sweet! Collage is a great company and Leah is an outstanding employee!
