I got the beach towel deal from GMA. I received the towel a few days later and am very pleased. Probably would have been even better if I'd taken more time to do my design. But overall am very happy with the quality and clarity of the photos. I have been told that it will not

I have never printed a photo book online before and was a little unsure about the options. Earlier this afternoon I chatted with Lisa via the online chat and she was WONDERFUL! She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and put my mind at ease that I had done everything correctly before I hit the "place order" button. The book should arrive in about 10 days and I am excited to see the results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Collage.com to anyone and their customer service cannot be beat! I ordered 2 pictures, 1 of them turned out perfect. The 2nd was a little blurry and dark. I sent an email, and received an immediate response from Leah in the customer service department. She spent several hours over the next 2 days to make sure I was 100% satisfied and the final product was exactly what I wanted. Excellent customer service, I would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

My experience with Collage.com was amazing. I had accidentally typed my email address incorrectly. Therefore, didn't receive a confirmation email. However, the 'chat' feature offered on the site facilitated my communication with the staff whom was extremely helpful. Lisa validated that my order was processed and forwarded the info to the correct email address. I received the package and I'm very pleased with the item.

The "fleece" blanket is not soft and is super thin. The pictures look good but I can't even stand to have the "fleece" touching my skin. The site needs to make it clear that the "fleece" is 100% polyester, thin, and not as soft as I was told in the chat. Paper thin blanket. Will be better for a wall hanging than a blanket.

The blanket is so thin that actually is not a blanket its not even soft the quality of the pictures came out great. Customer service was awful, they would rather argue then help. When you think of a blanket you think of soft and fluffy not paper thin. I will not be using collage.com again.

I ordered a fleece 50x60 blanket, and received it and realized the pictures weren't placed in the spots that I had thought they were. I called and explained my issue with the blanket and the customer service person I spoke with (John), was so patience, kind, and helpful and was able to help me out perfectly! No complaints! Blankets are absolutely wonderful!

I purchased a blanket via Groupon, the order process and software were excellent, and when my blanket arrived it was beautiful except the background color was a lot brighter than on the software. (think mint green rather than a soft sage color). I emailed them and mentioned this and within 20 minutes they had emailed me back asking what they could do to fix the problem. Tyler was incredibly helpful and offered to replace the blanket, when I was concerned that the color might come out bright again we agreed to change it to a dark blue.
As it is for my mother and I am flying to the UK soon there was some concern it may not reach me in time, Tyler made my new order overnight delivery to fix that.
I am eagerly awaiting my order which I know will be beautiful.
I cannot believe the level of service from this company, especially as it was a groupon purchase. Five stars are not enough - Maureen

I must say this was the best "Chat" experience that I have had with any company that offers a Live Chat service. I was attempting to create a photo book for my mother for Mothers' Day. I had issues ranging from changing my default setting to having a slow server, to not knowing how to download my pictures correctly-you name it, I was having it. Then Ms. Lisa Drennan, my Collage.com angel was on the other end to "save me." I was 30 seconds away from saying forget this whole idea. I live in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates and wanted my mother to have a pictorial gift for Mothers' Day, something that I find far outlasts flowers. Ms. Drennan was a lifesaver. She was so patient, so kind and so knowledgeable. It was such a pleasure to chat with her. She is a real asset to your company. She could do an in-service or a training session regarding Customer Service; she definitely has what it takes. As a high school English teacher, I give Ms. Drennan an A+++ on her work today. If I ever have another problem, I certainly hope she will on the other end; unless of course, she is conducting that in-service. Thank you for your time.

WOW! What a wonderful experience I had with Collage.com. At first I was a bit overwhelmed at the thought of putting together a photo book. Those fears were quickly put to rest after exchanging text messages on their web site with various Customer Service Rep. Every representative that I messaged with was pleasant, knowledgeable, and most importantly- patient with me, and my multitude of questions. I know I messaged with Leah for quite a while, but she walked me through my questions, as did her associates. At the end, Kristen was very helpful in helping me complete my order with the Living Social Codes I'd purchased. I so happy that after I placed my initial order i went back on to Living Social's website and purchased 12 more codes for more books. I would like to take this opportunity to "brag" on Leah Lewis, customer support. She may be one of the most patient people that I know. I have been working on a blanket for my 90 year old mom since before Christmas! Since I couldn't get it done by Christmas I decided to shoot for Mothers Day!
Somehow I got lucky and was paired with Leah for customer support. God knew that I needed someone special to help me! I have cancer and I am going through chemo every Monday for the rest of my life and it is true what they say about "chemo" brain! I can't remember anything!
Leah worked with me till we finally got this durn blanket right! Sad for her I have four more vouchers and her name and email! Lol!

I had purchased several Groupons for blankets and I thought I was running into trouble on the website. I wasn't. The customer service representative walked me through the ordering process and I completed everything with her assistance. This is my first time using this site and I am excited to see the finished product. I was extremely thankful for the assistance and the recommendations along the way!:-)

That being said, I will never buy another groupon from this company. I was not happy with the lack of layout options. You cannot "design" the page the way you want it, you cannot place the pictures in a way that you want them. There isn't much background selection or embellishments to go with a theme you want to carry through in your book. It just seems like there isn't much creativity to their books. Just drag the photos onto a page, write a sentence or two and you're done.
I was very pleased with the customer service. When I needed help, I was able to chat online and my question was answered right away.
Still going to stick with Shutterfly or Picaboo for future photo books.

I placed an order with COLLAGE in Feb. And at the end of March had not received the items yet. When I called Collage support I was greeted by Shell who apologized for the inconvenience of the problem and agreed to replace the lost items and get them shipped ASAP. I really was upset when I called but Shell was able to calm me and take care of my issue. Shell has a wonderful personality and is very professional. I will definitely use and recommend this company in the future!

"YOU GUYS TRULY ROCK"! You're the Best! I received my blanket yesterday, WOW! The great work and quick turnaround was unbelievable. Seems like I just placed the order, had no idea, it would get here on time. It was a last minute request, although, I paid for the over-night/express, I really didn't expect it to arrive so soon. But thanks to you all, the day was saved! Tonight is the birthday dinner and the blanket can be presented at the dinner. The blanket is gorgeous. Words can't express the gratitude I feel.
