I saw this company when they posted an ad on Facebook. I decided to look into it for Christmas Gifts for my grown children and their spouses. I originally started with one and was so impressed with how easy they were to create, as well as how fantastic they turned out, that I decided to go ahead and order 5 more for the rest of my children. What fun creating these! I ordered them 2 weeks ago and received them today. Very quick shipping and communication. Upon opening the box, my husband and I were amazed by the quality, softness, and beautiful images on the blankets. We are so pleased. Customer service was very helpful with any questions I had, their "Online Chat" is absolutely amazing. Customer service was super. I ordered the Plush Fleece and was a little concerned how well the images would come out. They are PERFECT! The blanket is very soft and cuddly, just a SUPER product. Anyone who is considering a project such as this I cannot encourage you enough to use this company. You will not be disappointed!

This company is PHENOMENAL! I spoke with a costumer service rep named Jay & told him that my packages were stolen. This company resent the items stolen to me again for NO charge! Collage.com was so helpful and incredible fast! I recommend this company to EVERYONE! I am so Thankful for the kindness and costumer service. THIS is how a company should work! I will always return to this company and will recommend it to others! Thank You Collage.com for being such a great business!

Making the blanket was the easiest thing to do. When I was ready to send it in, I was so excited I couldn't wait to get it back. When I did there were a few things that were "off" on the blanket. The top and bottom were 3 inches from where the pictures started and the sides were 5 inches away from the pictures. I thought this looked funny because my pattern it only showed about an inch. I emailed and talked with Kristen and she said that the sides and top and bottom vary from the pattern. Ok. Next I have a picture that had a caption that you could hardly see to read it and again Kristen said to go ahead and make the wording bigger and then they would take care of the blanket. I feel this company is definitely consumer friendly and wants all customers to be extremely satisfied with there order. I have another blanket I will be sending in for Christmas and will definitely be ordering more in the near future without being concerned about being taken advantage of. I was very impressed with Kristen and can't wait to see the final project after a few touch ups on my end with Kristen's suggestions!

I did 3 separate for my grown daughters. So many smiles and laughs and maybe a few tears going thru all the pictures!
It was SO fun. It was SO easy. And, I always had someone to ask questions. And believe me, I did ask.

I normally order canvas prints from another site but decided to buy a living social voucher and try collage.com. The 3 prints I ordered arrived very quickly and the pictures look great but I was disappointed that the pictures were not "wrapped" and the canvas edges were white. When I received a follow up email from collage.com asking if I was happy with the prints, I mentioned the white edges. Kristen immediately got back to me and explained that I failed to check the box for the wrapped edges. However, she worked with me to ensure the pictures would look right wrapped (and even let me substitute for one that didn't) and reprinted/shipped them at no charge! Collage.com is definitely serious about their "Just Right Guarantee" and Kristen's customer service was truly extraordinary! I'm already selecting my next collage.com picture!

Thank you collage.com for your incredible customer service! I was so blessed to get Leah on the phone when I was having computer issues. She was so helpful and patient walking me through the steps to correct my problem. I emailed her several times and she was very quick to respond. The collage blankets I am making for the seniors on my daughter's soccer team will be treasured for a lifetime thanks to Leah's help in completing my order. I will definitely share my positive experience with all my friends.

I've ordered a few canvas and metallic prints, and they are excellent quality. The shipping is surprisingly fast for a customized item. I found collage.com when I bought a living social deal for the site. I would gladly pay full price and will continue to shop with them in the future! One of my prints was a little off skew and really bothered me once I hung it on the wall. I filled out a super quick survey, mentioned the error, and got an almost immediate response saying they're sending me a new one that is centered. For free. Now that is great customer service! A+

This is my first experience with Collage.com and I was unsure what to expect. Customer service was prompt in responding to my concerns. I needed the wrapping paper by a certain day (for my nieces wedding). They were honest and could not guarantee a date, but they did say they would do their part to help. Well, I received the package on time and the quality of the work is amazing. The pictures are clear & it's so pretty. Will use again.

I bought some Groupons for multiple photo websites to make different types of collages and canvas prints for family members for the holidays. This was by FAR the most consumer-friendly focused website. They allow editing within the site (so I can crop photos differently based on the collage I want to make instead of committing to a crop before uploading into the site). The customer support was so helpful at odd hours of the night with every problem I had while working on several projects. I can say that I won't be using any other site after the great service and flexibility this business has shown me. I'm not just a source of money for them. I'm a friend. I'm family. I'm a person with a life that they not only understand and respect, but also accommodate. I also like that my photos are of highest quality on the canvas even when other sites said the quality would be too poor that they wouldn't accept my photo. Some people could ask Van Gogh what paintbrush he used or canvas he bought, but they wouldn't be able to create the same quality. The same can be said for websites transforming photos into canvas art and Collage.com will help you become the Van Gogh of your own life.

I was "challenged" with the editing and 2 other customer reps did not want to assist. They asked a few questions and then dropped off. SUTANYA held my hand and walked me through the entire process. I want to THANK her/him for going above and beyond and sticking with the customer to the very end. She/He did not get impatient (didn't show it anyway) and as a Call Center Manager myself, I want to applaud SUTANYA.

This company is complete crap and needs a total remodeling of communication and quality of product. My wrapping paper never got even made let alone sent to me and the puzzle I spent so long working on was just thrown into a $#*!ty box with no aesthetically pleasing elements to it. I will NEVER shop from you again and will FIERCELY tell everyone I can to avoid buying from you. Thanks for royally $#*!ing up my 1st anniversary gift to my husband.
