I ordered a blanket which was sent very quickly. I loved how it turned out, but the top part the pictures were somewhat crooked. I emailed them, they responded right away and they said "even though you like the quality of the photos, we strive for perfection. We are sending you out a new one". You don't always get taken care of, but they sure took care of me. I highly recommend this product
The photos on the blanket come out beautiful. It is the perfect gift. I am in the midst of making a book and the quality of the customer support can't be beat. This outfit rocks!

I lost my husband of cancer very recent, and I'm 58 years old, do not know much at all about computers, I was so lucky, I had a very nice person, named "Mike "He did over and beyound his job duties, to make sure my photo album was made so special in Tribute to my Husband, He helped me on the phone for 3 days, never got impatient with me once, made me feel He wanted this book to be as Perfect as I did. I have ordered a few different items from collage.com. The photo table runner is fantastic and the pictures are of great quality! Bought this for my mom for Christmas. I bought ornaments for the kids for Christmas and they also came out great quality and look amazing. I noticed the calendars that I made somehow had the wrong year, I contacted customer service at 8p received an email back immediately and by 10p had an email stating that the calendars had been reprocessed with the correct date! Seriously? That is by far the best customer service I have received in quite a long time. Class act Collage.com! I could not be any more happy with the products or the service! You have a new customer!

Last year I was introduced to the site "Collage.Com" and I immediately fell in love with it. I ordered a photo blanket for my Mom. At first I was afraid I would not be able to do all the photo manipulation but with their expert caring attention and assistance, I came out with a "masterpiece". My Mom just loved it and shows it to everyone. This year, recently I ordered the 18 x 18 Photo Pillow for my Mom. Again, real easy to do and a great present is on it's way to her. Now, today, I ordered the same 18 x 18 pillow and with their great help (Annie) it was easy and now another is heading to my step-mom in Florida. This site has excellent products and even more exceptional prices. Starting your project is just like using the machines at Wal-Mart, CVS or Walgrens, very easy. I am so elated to give my personal endorsement to Collage.Com and all of their great employees!

I was having problems getting photos on the format for the blanket which I purchased through The View. I contacted support and connected with Mike Caifano and he was very helpful. He took the photos I sent him via e-mail and arranged them beautifully. I looked at the final product and was going to add a photo or two and wound up screwing it up. Mike came to my assistance again. He is nice, polite and so very helpful. He helped me wrap up the project and I am forever grateful to him. We need more "Mikes" in this world. I wish him nothing but the best. He should get a raise!

I made 2 ornaments and 2 magnets. I was disappointed in the magnets because of the large white borders. Silly me didn't realize that I could have picked no borders or added a background to fill the borders.
So when I got an email survey asking me if I was satisfied with my products, I said no to the magnets.
Collage.com immediately contacted me and not only told me how to correct my error but gave me a voucher to redo both magnets at no cost! Plus there was extra on the voucher for my next project.
I am overwhelmed by this customer service especially when I was the one who didn't do the project correct initially.

I ordered a picture blanket for my mom who is in a nursing home. There are not many things that you can give someone in a nursing home, and this was PERFECT! The quality was beyond my expectations! Customer service was top notch too! Right there when I needed them!

Ordered a pillow for my granddaughter but was disappointed in the color when I received it. Because I was not sure that the difference in colors was due to viewing on my tablet, I did not contact the company, but did comment that the color was not what I thought I had ordered. A CSR sent me an email right away offering to replace the item I was disappointed in. She had created another order and chose the colors I had described. She made the reorder easy as all I needed to do was review and accept. I have never had a company proactively contact me regarding an order. Awesome customer service says much about a company!
Update to my review. It is true that they responded quickly and replaced the pillow at no charge, but when I received the replacement pillow it was exactly the same (wrong) color as the first and the name on the pillow had the letters cut off at the top. Do they not have any quality control in place?

Thus company is truly amazing. If anything is wrong with your item, they will replace it free of charge, not even shipping. In this day and age, this is very rare. I love their stuff too, specially the picture blankets. I got 4 of them so far, 1 for myself and 3 for Christmas presents. I know they will all love them... best place to buy any picture momentos or picture blankets... you will not ever be disappointed

I ordered a 50x60 fleece blanket from collage.com and received it very quickly. I was very satisfied with the blanket... the images printed nicely on the fleece blanket and the background design was great. I only contacted customer service because there were two small blemishes in the fabric at the top of the blanket that were noticeable. Right away, the representative that I chatted with by the name of Shell offered to send me out another blanket free of charge. I offered to send back the blanket with the small blemishes, but she told me to go ahead and keep it. Wow! I am very impressed with this company and their customer service! I will definitely be a customer from here on out! Thank you for being such a stand-up company!

I called twice with questions and had excellent customer service. I ordered 2 of the blankets for 2 six year old children for Christmas. It was so easy to make up the blanket and to add the pictures. I received both within a weeks time. Thank you so much for a beautiful beautiful product.

I got my blanket I had ordered and it wasn't exactly as expected. It was followed my an email asking if I was satisfied with my order. I just said that it wasn't exactly as expected and I got an email within an hour for a free blanket. I emailed them and said I wasn't looking for a free one just giving my opinion. I ordered a photo blanket for my in laws, with pictures that were up to 40 years old. The quality of the blanket was amazing, the photos looked wonderful! I cannot wait to order more blankets and products. If the quality of all products is as good as the blanket, I know every one will be just as thrilled as I am! I ordered a 60x80 plush fleece photo blanket, it turned out alright and I'm satisfied with it, but I wouldn't recommend them or order anything again. The blanket is a lot thinner than I was anticipating given that I had chosen the one that was supposed to be thicker and softer, and a number of pictures are blurry, even after I voiced my concerns about that and was told as long as there was no warning given on them they would turn out perfect, when in reality they are not clear at all. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received the blanket though. I just don't think the blanket was worth the price, it seems very cheaply made. Ideally I'd give it 2 and half stars.
