I ran across Collage.com a couple of months back and have fallen in love with their products. I have created 8 different photo books and tonight created Calendars for next year.
When i first began working on my first project, many things were intuitive but when I had questions, I just clicked the Support Chat and had all my questions answered promptly.
The quality is excellent, the service very fast, usually within a week and the customer service superb.

Kyle was very helpful in our chat! He helped me find my voucher numbers and E-mailed them to me because I didn't know how to save them, and have trouble writing.

One of the blankets didn't look as good as I thought it should. I emailed the company and immediately got a response. They offered to do it over free of charge and no shipping. They have gone above & beyond to make things right and make me happy... what better customer service can you ask for?

I received my order (2 mugs) and one is absolutely perfect but the other one has a chip on it. I let know Collage.com and Derek Jacques immediately told me that another mug will be ship to me no charge. Wow that's a great customer service. I will definetely deal again with them.

I am looking forward to receiving the blanket that I ordered. But mostly... I am so impressed by the customer service that I received while ordering. I had some computer problems and could not get it to check out properly with my voucher. The customer service agent helped me with that and helped me to pick out a border that looked beautiful! I not only had issues getting my order completed, the customer service rep noticed my blanket had some 'blank spots" it shouldn't have... she took the time to fix my problem with completing my order and fixed my blanket to be perfect. Valerie! You are awesome!

I spoke with a fellow named Derek, who greatly relieved my worries about my vouchers expiration date! I'm having blankets made for two of my pre-school students whose mother is battling stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, for which there is no cure. Due to her illness it's taken longer to get pictures around and Derek gave me a 6 month extension which is more than enough time to do these exactly the way she wants them! It's very important to her and I thank you!

I purchased a groupon for you picture blanket and was not totally happy with the ordering process and the disappointed with the end result of the cost. I could never have made the pillow I wanted without Derek's help. I was making a pillow with words on it & was finished but I wanted the letters white instead of black. Every time I hit white the words would disappear & I was afraid to continue. Derek assured me that was suppose to happen with white & to continue. Bought several items with a groupon and am thrilled with the value. Had a very slight issue and reached out to see if "glue" would resolve the issue, and Annie (customer service rep) immediately offered to ship out a new one. Was surprised and I told her the issue was so small it didn't warrant a replacement shipment. She said they wanted each customer to be 100% happy with their shipment... This commitment will just result in more business... very happy customer!
