I was very skeptical to purchase this but got a coupon for them and could not pass up the price. I went with the 50 × 60 Plush Fleece Blanket and only put 5 pictures on the blanket. I was worried due to the number of pictures the size would be larger and then the pictures less quality- BUT I WAS WRONG. I LOVE this product. The quality is great, the blanket is super soft, not too thin, exactly what I wanted. Also, I put in my order 11/14/15 and received it today 11/19/2015. That is less than a week to get the product! Best experience- definitely would recommend 100%!

I ordered a custom blanket about 6 months ago and it turned out better than expected! So when I noticed they had custom beach towels, I decided to make two of them as gifts. Both turned out amazing, but one had an issue where a large string must have been on the surface of the towel when printing. So it created a large white mark next to one of the pictures on the towel. I emailed collage.com and to my surprise they didn't go back and forth with me, they just shipped me another towel! Great customer service! Will continue to buy product from this company for years to come. Quality, Ease of Design and Customer Service - 5 stars!

Due to the nature of the type of business they do, they have a one hour window for you to edit your order. I designed a blanket for my daughter with pics of her and her friends etc... That night she comes home to tell me she broke up with her boyfriend. NO! (well, actually I was glad) but he was on the blanket! I called frantically asking if there was anything that could be done. Even though they had already started printing my order, they cancelled it and let me edit the picture to cut him out. The end product was awesome! Shipping was fast as well. I have already placed another order, and see them in my future for years to come.

I had to call twice to place order for a blanket and 3 Canvas Prints. The First time I spoke to Frank. He was very helpful in giving me the steps to start my order. I had never ordered from them before and was not familiar with placing an order. All was well on placing my order until it was time to finalize my order. I had no idea how to use my vouchers, or make sure I paid what I was promised. Kyle was very patient and talked me through the procedure, and at the end... All was great! I can say their customer service is wonderful! Thanks to both Frank & Kyle!

I purchased a groupon for a 50 x 60 plush photo blanket. I designed it with around 50 photos and placed my order last week. It was shipped by Friday and I received it today (less than a week after placing the order). I absolutely love it and wish I had ordered more to give as gifts. The collage.com site was very easy to use and you could edit your uploaded pictures to correct red eye, crop them, or adjust size and/or brightness. The site even highlighted pictures that didn't have a high enough resolution so that you could use them in a smaller size or replace them. I definitely recommend collage.com!

I have used Collage.com for the past two years (ever since I was voluntold to come up with some sort of sport's themed collage for graduating seniors... wow, one stop shop and I have instant chat with them almost 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Phenomenal! Look no further than here for your Christmas gifts of pretty much anything that you can attach a picture to is here from these sport collages to wedding collage for our daughter to a fleece blanket for my Mom... and if it couldn't get any better, they have sales all the time where you can purchase gifts for half off and use the codes in the future (that's what I'm doing for Christmas gifts this year).

I purchased some amazing vouchers from the deals and steals show on GMA last year and used all but 1 of them. When I went to try and find the voucher number, I could not locate it anywhere. I opened a chat with a very nice person named Alaina and before I knew it, she had found my voucher, told me about a credit that I had, and confirmed that they were still good and I could use them for anything I wanted on the site. Unbelievable customer service, outstanding professionalism, and dang nice to boot! Everything I want in a company! Christmas is going to be special again this year and every year because I can order from Collage.com and it's always the perfect gift! You guys ROCK!

I just placed an order for a 50 x 60 fleece photo blanket, so this review isn't about the product. It's about the chat representative from customer service, Jillian. She answered promptly, was courteous, and gave me accurate, helpful information. I realized right after I placed my order that I hadn't taken advantage of all the customizing features. I hadn't closed the chat window, so I began typing again and she walked me through a simple cancellation, saved my discount voucher, and guided me through the new order. Quality experience.

I have never been on this site before, & only came here today because of this company! Through Groupon I bought some photo fleece blankets for family members at a fraction of the cost and yet, though I made errors on 2 blankets, THEY generously offered to pay not only to reprint the blanket for me, but also COMPLETELY cover the FULL cost of it, AND pay all the shipping and handling too! So I kept the blanket I screwed up on, and for NO COST, a brand new blanket-shipping and handling and all they gave me in return! After the first screw up I offered to pay for the second one, but they declined and gave it to me for free AGAIN-including shipping and handling too! I don't know how they make any money being this gracious & generous and going SO ABOVE & BEYOND, but I can tell you they have won over our business permanently! And they were so fast about it too! Both in responding to my concerns, as well as sending out the product. And the product was gorgeous! They are just incredible on every aspect! I cannot say enough great things about them. I have never been treated so wonderfully by a business ever before! FANTASTIC ON EVERY ASPECT! OVER & ABOVE every time!

I JUST received the fleece blanket I had made for my daughter. I raised 2 of her 3 children. I took so many pictures of them growing up that she never saw. She is mentally ill. I know she is just going to love seeing all the pics over the years, printed on this blanket. Now I wish I would have had more made. All of your customer service reps and tec help were so nice to me. I Am 74 and not too computer literate. Thank you so much...

I received my two photo fleece blankets in a week which was sooner than I was told. The photos were beautiful, but I was disappointed because the back of the blanket was supposed to have a background that had been an extra cost. I chatted with a representative and they corrected it immediately and assured me the order was being processed at that moment and it would be sent express. I was worried I would have a problem, but they were so easy to deal with and I know I will tell my friends and family.
