I ordered a fleece collage blanket for my daughter and husband for Christmas. When it arrived, it wasn't as I had expected when designing it online. ( It very well could have been due to my lack of computer skills.) I immediately called collge.com and received a very prompt call back from a wonderful, friendly and VERY PATIENT associate named Valerie. Valerie guided me in creating a perfect collage blanket as a replacement. Her customer service skills were superb. It isn't often I receive such genuine and sincere service. Thank you, Valerie and collage.com! I will definitely be ordering gifts from you again!

This company does quality blankets with pictures on it. I ordered my blanket without some things I wanted to add to it and they didn't even question it. They ordered me another blanket how I wanted and gave me the 1st one I ordered. Their customer service is awesome and everyone was really helpful. I have recommended this site to all my friends and family. JP

My first order was for my daughter. I. Absolutely loved it. I told all my co workers about your company. I have helped several of them make blankets. I also have made a few pillows & a few more blankets. They all look amazing & I can't wait to give everyone there Chrismas presents. That's just just how happy I have been with the procudts. The costomer sevice is like no other company I have ever dealt with. Thank you all for the help.

I bought a blanket from them and it was so soft and great quality! The pictures looked great even if it was the plushier option. The only small problem was that the size was a bit smaller than I hoped. I easily got a return for a bigger size and they responded quickly and nicely! :D

Very impressed with this company. I purchased a photo blanket as a gift. The product I received was much better than i even expected. Photos were clear and vibrant, everyone who has seen it is in awe. I had a small problem with text that was printed on the back. So minor that I didnt even want to go through the trouble of returning the blanket and resubmitting the order etc. To my surprise i was contacted by a customer service representative named Derek who was writing simply to ensure that i was 100% satisfied with the experience. I told derek about the minor error on my order. He was immediately apologetic and without any hassle whatsoever he volunteered to correct the issue.

I look forward to doing business with this company again. I am extremely impressed by their website functionality and even moreso by their customer service.

I ordered photo cards for wedding thank you cards, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the pictures. I'm not joking. They looked perfect! Better than how they looked on my computer screen. However, there was a little mixup because I misunderstood the product description. When I emailed them, they (Annie in particular) was so quick to respond and extremely accommodating. Her willingness to resolve the situation without fuss was so pleasant and refreshing. Collage's quality of products and service easily make me feel compelled to me loyal to the company, and I look forward to working with them again for my future printing needs.

When I first ordered I had ordered the 60x80 plush fleece photo blanket. I wasn't happy with how it turned out and Shell from collage.com reached out to me immediately and apologized and offered to replace my blanket asap. She sent remade my blanket into the 60x80 Sherpa fleece blanket. It got here just time in for my husbands birthday. I was so so happy with the second blanket. And absolutely amazed with the great customer service I received! I would definitely recommend!

I have used collage.com for many projects, gifts and truly - to get all of my lost memories out of my telephone! A work in progress because many of the photos had been originally misdirected to a competitive site (shutterfly) which pales in comparison to the quality, service and support I have received for each project on this site. I have sent all of my friends and family - mostly as a result of their awed responses to my completed projects. Tis' the season!

Due to an online coupon, I was able to afford to have one of these blankets made for my soon-to-be-born great nephew.

Putting the pictures together was a task, but an enjoyable task. My only complaint was I didn't get to choose each picture's size and placement. However, after playing with the pictures for awhile, I got the blanket I love.

I put pictures of the engagement, wedding, baby boy announcement, grandparents, great-grandmother, aunt and uncle, and the new house in the collage. I think all will love it when I take it to the baby shower.

Hands down, I have never experienced this level of customer service. I am a loyal fan and follower after my experience with Collage.com. In a nutshell, I had issues with my groupon vouchers, Collage rep updated so I can place my orders. In my haste, I chose some of my projects as "posters" instead of rolled canvasses and was bummed out when I received them. I reached out and had a chat with their rep Derek who was gracious enough to reinstate two vouchers so I could at least rectify 2 of my projects. This made my day and my Christmas - I can't thank Collage enough - Cheers!
