They advised via online chat that my order would be done and i would receive it by a certain date. When i failed to receive it, they said they had no history of that online chat and did nothing and simply waved hands in air saying we have no history. In my opinion the representatives are poorly trained and provided false statements to simply get rid of the customers from requesting assistance.
Got the wrong blanket (totally weird to get another family's pics), used your amazing chat,_and Alaina handled everything and saved Christmas for my 94 year old grandma. Collage.com highest is customer service.

I ordered a blanket with a collage of photos as a Christmas gift. I was very impressed with the quality of the product and the timeliness in which it arrived. So, I ordered a second. I was sent the wrong order and expected it to be a painful process to get it taken care of in time for Christmas. I logged into the site and typed my question in the "chat with me" box. Within seconds Kristen was online and handled everything I needed. I didn't have my order number on hand and she was able to quickly handle the order anyway. Two thumbs up for Kristen. Thanks.

I think this company has the best customer service ever! On a scale of 1 to 10 this is definitely a 10. I thought customer service was a lost art but this company has brought it back. I had purchased a livingsocial deal that expired a while ago for my daughter. She was never able to create the 50x60 blanket. In chatting with Alaina she said that she would extent the expiration date making me so so happy. My daughter will now sit down and create the blanket she was unable to do a few months back. I just placed an order (a blanket) with collage.com... I have not received the item yet but am overwhelmed with the great customer service that I have received thus far. Kristen was able to fix the computer glitch that was happening at the time and I was able to make my selections as she personally made modifications to my project! Thanks so much for providing a customer friendly business! That is becoming more and more uncommon these days! I will re-post when the blanket comes in!

This place is great! Loved the quality of pictures, and although I was a bit disappointed with the standard fleece. I did the online chat with them and told them my concerns and no questions asked they told me my new product number, i got an email with new confirmation number with upgraded fleece!, and everything free! No hassle or anything like that, super easy! Super happy my experience and will so order again!

After receiving my order, I realized I had ordered the wrong size pictures. They were much larger than I could use. I received a customer service survey and told them what I had done. They reprinted my pictures in the correct size AT NO CHARGE. Refreshing to deal with a company that is concerned with customer retention and service. I'll be using Collage.com again and again!

I bought a Living Social voucher for a photo blanket, and of course didn't use it in time. A year went by and I emailed Collage.com to see if there was any hope for me. Kelsey B. In customer support extended my living social voucher, so I had a free (well, I didn't have to pay because of the voucher extension) photo blanket waiting! I just had to put it together. I am very impressed. Kelsey B. Was also very knowledgeable, nice and super supportive.
In making the blanket I had a couple of questions. The "chat" button is right there. I pressed it 4 times to ask four questions--all of which were handled well.
This is the holiday season, and things are busy for Collage.com. However, the order I submitted 24 hours ago is already printing! Although I was told that it would arrive between Dec. 18-22 (eeik!), I am confident collage.com will again exceed my expectations.
I recommend this company completely. You cannot go wrong with them, and there are constantly good deals so look online for them.

So far, I've created 2 blankets and one photo book with 4 copies. The staff is instantly available in chat or email to solve problems... even when they are MY bad. The book creation was hard for me and saved especially by Kristen. I was ready to give up on the whole thing but she saved the day... more than once. I made stupid mistakes but the staff never let on they must be laughing in the background! Kudos to all and especially Kristen!

Had major problems with their website for 2.5 days, losing over 8 hours worth of work, time editing, cropping, etc... I will wait until they fix all the glitches before using this site again. However, after my third phone call to collage.com, C. S. Rep Michelle Mattock was absolutely wonderful, completely understanding the issues and being generous in compensating for my lost time over two days working on two projects. So because of her and only her, will I give collage.com another chance. Website gets a1 star, but Michelle gets a 5 star! Thank you Michelle!

This is my first time using collage.com. I got a groupon for a "Standard Fleece" blanket. I wanted to give my boyfriend's mother a picture blanket with one of the last family photos taken before her husband/my boyfriend's father passed away. At the last minute I changed from the "Standard Fleece" to the "Plush Fleece" blanket. After I submitted my order, I questioned my choice as the "Plush Fleece" is advertised not quite as clear as the "Standard Fleece." I used the "Chat now" link to ask customer service what their opinion would be. I got linked up with Nichole. She not only pulled my exact order up and sent me a picture of what the photo would look like going to the printer, but told me that she could sharpen the image for the "Plush Fleece" blanket. She sharpened it and then sent me the new and improved image. It was PERFECT. She told me she would take care of it and she would send it herself to print. So amazing. I was honestly so thankful for all her help. I'm even looking up more pictures now to make more blankets for my own family. Definitely recommend this company :)
