Loved the blankets I recieved but was a little disappointed in the quality of the blankets for the price I paid. I work retail an we sell fleece blankets that are as soft an nice an there not expensive thought blankets would be thicker but product is beautiful Thank you.

I ordered a blanket for my husband for him to take overseas and when I received it there were a few marks on the white frame of the blanket. I sent a message just letting them know that this had happened just in case it was something they needed to look into. I had zero intentions of returning the item as I hoped it would come out in the wash and I don't have time to get a new one before Christmas. I received a message from Derek stating that they had resubmitted my order and included rush shipping. I am so impressed and shocked. Derek was so polite and helpful! They definitely didn't have to do this and I am so thankful! Customer service is top notch and I will recommend this excellent company to everyone I can!

Very disappointed with my experience. There are many companies that offer photo memory options. Collage.com is considerably more expensive but I gave it a shot because they have one unique option that I was interested in. I purchased a voucher for a calendar and a mug (the mug was uniue). For registering for the site I was sent a 60% off coupon... it did not work and was listed as invalid. When I paid I had 2 items in my cart... the shipping options was to receive my ITEMS with an S---plural in 2 days for a cost of $17.99 with delivery date by December 24th. I paid the increased shipping. Immediately completed my calender and when I go to pay it is charging me $11.99 for 2 day shipping. I called to question and the young man explained that the $17.99 was the expedited shipping for the cup... since the calender was a voucher. HERE IS THE SCAM WITH VOUCHERS... if my calendar was complete I still would have paid $17.99 for the expedited shipping for both items. Instead I was forced to pay another $11.99. I read all of these great customer reviews... I would really like to see Collage.com make this correct. They can review my order and see that at the very least that the full priced mug was not redduced 60% with the code I was emailed **************. When you pay for shipping and it only covers one item in the cart then please 1) indicate which item that is covering ---Amazon does this all the time and 2) don't use "S" as it give the illusion that both items are covered... especially when there are only 2. Right now you get 1 star because. How Collage.com addresses this will determine if that changes.

I think there might be some confusion, because vouchers were purchased along with redeeming vouchers and coupons for other items. It looks like the 60% off voucher was in fact applied to one of your orders, so that was not invalid, and it took 60% off of the price. I'm sorry for any confusion, 2-day shipping is not included in the vouchers, as stated in the voucher details. If there is anything we can do to assist you with this or explain this to you we would be more than happy to talk to you about it. We want to make sure you are comfortable with your purchase. In this busy season of all of the Christmas shopping I purchased several items from Collage.com. When they arrived, I loved each and every one of them. They are made with great quality. I hid 2 of the items (cell phone cases) so my teenage girls would not find them. Well, guess what? I cannot find them either! For the past 3 days I have searched high and low with no luck. I called Collage.com and spoke to Jay and explained my situation only asking what kind of package do they mail them so I know what to look for (white or brown envelope). He could hear how upset I was because this was a sentimental gift my husband made for his 2 girls and I lost it! Jay was so understanding that he is sending me 2 new ones to end my pain of searching. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am at this moment. Most companies are the first to get criticized and the last to get recognized! The whole idea of giving something so unusual and personal is tremendous. I needed help along the way and Noelle was there for me every step of the way. Without me even asking for certain help she just knew I felt bad asking so she just took it upon herself to guide me into trying different ideas. The end projects came out so incredible I cannot wait to give these 3 blankets away for Christmas! Noelle made this a very fun project to do. One of the pictures on my blankets was upside down and Annie was awesome! She apologized several times, seemed genuinely concerned that I get the replacements before Christmas AND helped me fine tune the color scheme and arrangement of pictures! She was the best customer service I've had in ages! I will tell EVERYONE how great the care from your company was! Love the blankets, light weight, perfect for my parents in Arizona. I ordered photo books for my grandparents for Christmas. I had just recently gotten married, so it was full of wedding pictures and messages to the grandparents. I got them in, and there were a few things that weren't just right. I was so disappointed I had messed up on these things and was a little nervous about asking them to fix the issues. However, I was very wrong! The representative, Tyler, helped me resolve the issue, re-ordered my books, and is having them shipped to me in time for Christmas. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a photo book! They obviously have great employees, the process is simple to create a book, and the books are beautiful!

This is my first time using collage.com and I am trying to make a puzzle for my boyfriend's parents. I have been on this website for 3+ hours attempting to make this puzzle, however, it is the most difficult thing in the world. You cannot choose your own layout which is very annoying. Every time I move a picture or make it bigger/smaller the entire layout changes and will not go back to what it originally was. Also, every time I like the layout the website decided to randomly make, I click save and it closes out of the window. When I go back into my project, THE LAYOUT IS DIFFERENT. This is absolutely ridiculous and incredibly frustrating. It should not take over 3 hours to make a puzzle. Most likely going to choose a different website.

I have used Collage.com for several birthday and Christmas gifts and the one thing I continue hearing is that it is one of the best gifts they have received! I had orderd the plush collage blanket and when it arrived I was simply overjoyed at the beauty of it as well as the quality of the product. The pictures were so clear and the color vibrant. Then I noticed that I had made a typing mistake. I contacted the company and spoke to Kyle. He took care of correcting the mistake, making sure that everything was perfect and replaced it for free! I did not expect that at all! This is a wonderful company, and I will do business with them any day of the week. I have already ordered several other products from them and will continue to recomend them to others! Great company, great customer service!

I ordered a blanket do collage.com. The picture came out wrong that the back was great! The front look great it just didn't fit the blankets. Kyle talk to me through the whole process I'm editing my blankets! I am NOT a very good person of words or knowing of computers and phones but he made it very easy for me to understand he was very awesome and he can talk to people that don't understand very well I appreciate that you didn't make me feel bad.
