The complaint we have is not with the delivery of this furniture. We would like someone to address the poor craftsman design of these chairs. The arms on both chairs became unstable and detached less than a month after they arrived.
Ordered several pieces for our outdoor patio. Two couches, a love seat, chair, ottoman, coffee table, and two side tables. Everything came in wrapped and in perfect condition. A little time putting together the coffee table, and we were good to go. Cushions are firm but comfortable and the throw pillows were a nice addition. We are tall people and the couch depths and lengths are great for us. Shipment came sooner than expected so we can enjoy now!
I was searching for a nice blue chair for my living room and found Coleman furniture. The chair is very good in Quality, is firm and stylish.
So happy with our purchase! It took about two months for it to be delivered but it was worth the wait. The sofa is so comfy and looks beautiful in our home.

Our bedroom set was ordered in December and took about 4 weeks to receive. Coleman Furniture was very helpful in tracking the order and keeping us updated. The delivery drivers were excellent and did a great job assembling the furniture when it arrived. It was a great experience and would highly recommend Coleman Furniture.
It does not fit correctly together. The delivery team put shims under it and told me it is due to my floor being unlevel. I was left to try and fit it together by myself and still waiting until I get assistance to complete the job.

Coleman as the middle man was good but manufacturer was bad.
My table came when expected and the delivery guys set up all was fine until I noticed that the leaves did not line up with the table and they stowed away crooked. The manufacturer stated that this was normal in a dry environment and that the wood shrinks and swells. I am in Florida and we're are far from dry, the wood has not shrunk it has shifted and it's crooked on both ends. I wanted a resolution to this but all they could offer was a $75 credit and a poor excuse.
Company seemed good with updates but didn't stick to what was advertised when purchased.

So the couch is amazing and fits perfectly in my space. However, the people who dropped off and set up my couch were kind of rude. Also, the representative and person who dropped it off were not on the same page when it came time to drop my stuff off at a certain time.
Furniture is beautiful. But first attempted delivery had wrong item which led to another 5-6 weeks of waiting for correct item.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
