Coleman shipped my couch by Fedex, which was a disaster. Seven phonecalls to Fedex and they delivered it to the wrong building.
The drawers on the bed are both supported by one screw in a 1in piece of wood in the center. The drawers on the bed had a few pairs of shoes in each of them. After having the bed for roughly a month the entire support beam split from the bed and the drawers are hanging inside the bed, no longer usable. I expected after paying over $1000 for a bed frame it would be usable. Would not purchase this bed again.
Lots of great designs to chose from and great prices. No fuss and it was here rather fast.
Everything was great except getting my actual furniture delivery scheduling. On Coleman's behalf I know they try to schedule as many deliveries at once as possible but took 3x calling to get a schedule date.
It was quick and easy! The delivery men were professional and cleaned up all the mess afterwards!
Slightly disappointed that it took quite some time for the furniture to arrive. My granddaughter loved the chair and stool.
It was delivered in the time frame that was given. Very happy with my l-shaped couch. The color was perfect for my room.

Great customer service.my couch was delivered when it was scheduled to be, set up and all packaging removed. The gentlemen who delivered it were prompt and friendly. And last but not least, I LOVE the sofa!

Just placed the order, so only time will tell...UPDATE: received my furniture, communication, delivery and the furniture itself is wonderful! Those skeptical of ordering furniture online...DON'T BE! Coleman furniture can't be beat!
The purchasing process online was smooth and easy to follow. However, the return process is a complete rip-off! If someone is not pleased with the product they have to come out of pocket to return the product to your company. Depending on the shipping location, that can cost as much as the product itself, which is ridiculous! Your company should highly consider changing that return policy so you don't loose business and discourage people from purchasing products from you again.

I looked for a while to find the kind of floor bed I was searching for for my toddler and came across this one. It's perfect for her. It's sturdy and the head board can be installed on either end. Very low to the ground, which is great! Highly recommend this bed. My child loves the shelves.
Good for now but pending delivery, placement, installation, and my final determination.
The table and white glove service were both great quality. However, I spent HOURS searching for the right table and the color of what was delivered is NOT the color shown in the online pictures. Therefore, now my chairs do not match and the table does not match everything else in the house. I didn't even need it to be the exact color of everything else, just close enough. And it is no where close to the color of the table in the pictures online.
Furniture was delivered quickly and the men who assembled it were nice and did a good job. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience and the end product. It completed my room beautifully.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
