We ordered a reclining sectional couch. It took many weeks to arrive. Communication during the sales process was good. Delivery and setup was also very good.
However, buying a large piece of furniture online obviously has its risks. For us, we knew the size of the piece was on the edge for our space. Once it arrived we decided removing one of the sections would be optimal. However, Colman refused to allow the return of one piece. I found this surprising, as we custom built the couch, piece by piece online, so there obviously is not a problem with reselling it. We also requested the return about 12 hours after it arrived. It was never used.
They said the whole couch needed to be returned. Resulting costs for shipping and restocking was over $1000.
So - we are happy with what we have, except for an extra unit we can't use. Make sure you make the right choice for your situation, or you will pay dearly to return items. And since this is online, its risky to know how things will work out until you get the product into your home.
Everything was great from shopping to ordering and the updates regarding delivery.
Delivery of the furniture inside the house could have been better.
Was cheaper ordering on here than Ashley's furniture For the same exact furniture sold by Ashley's! Even better that it was a quicker delivery and received the white glove delivery for free (Ashley's wanted to charge like $500 for the exact same service) and the warranty was way cheaper. All around great furniture and service!

Left behind a little scuffing on my wall but other than that, great set up and ordering process. I am IN LOVEEEE WITH MY COUCH! Some couches come with free set up. Great service. Took about a month to get to me which was annoying but not that annoying lol!
The employees who delivered and set up the furniture were very professional and kind. The delivery did arrive very late at night (approx 10pm) which was not ideal but it all worked out.
We found the couch we wanted online at Coleman. We had never ordered from Coleman before but took a chance. It was a great experience. They delivered within the window they said they would. Whenever I wanted an update, they were responsive. The couch is wonderful and exactly what we wanted. Thanks!

Placed order, order arrived in good condition. For the night stands I ordered the delivery arrived sooner than I expected.
Ordered couch off Coleman website. Arrived two weeks early and delivery company was so kind and easy to work with.
Delivery date was set and couch not delivered. Multiple phone calls made to both Coleman and delivery company with poor communication. Frustrating.

When the furniture was the delivered the 2 delivery men never even told me to check the furniture, so never new I had to. My closest friend dads passed away and after the left, I left to help her pick her father's ashes up. When I got back home I started putting my things in the dresser and my drawer is broken. Won't close right and makes noises. Upon further inspection 1 night table top is half off AND the amount of dirt that was in drawers are unacceptable for a $5000 bedroom set. I called right away to report it and you guys would not help me. I will never ever buy from your company again and I planned on buying ALL of our furniture from you guys. $#*! $#*! company with $#*! $#*! customer service⦠I contacted the BBB since you're unwilling to work with us..

Shipping was delayed 3 weeks but couches are definitely worth it
Recommend purchase of Steel Gray Leather furniture for both family/living rooms, quality, comfort, affordability, and size. Delivered as promised with white glove professionals, assembled, and placed where I wanted within my home. Kudos!

Coleman shipped my couch by Fedex, which was a disaster. Seven phonecalls to Fedex and they delivered it to the wrong building.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
