Super easy to place my order. It was received in perfect condition. However the movers didn't connect one side and I can't due to both of my wrists having arthritis and in braces. I called 20 minutes after they left and was open to whenever it was convenient for them. They never got back to me. Still haven't and it's really frustrating that I paid for the movers and they aren't willing to come back?
Ordered four chairs. They actually arrived sooner than expected. Everything was great, except one of the chairs was missing the hardware package with the screws and washers to assemble it. I contacted them and after going through way too much effort, they shipped me replacement screws and washers. It took over a week to get the parts I needed. Once i got them, they worked, but they did not match the finish of the screws and washers on the other three chairs. The other three had stainless steel screws and washers, but the replacement ones were black, probably anodized, or galvanized steel, but not stainless like the others.
Customer could have been better.It took several calls to get the correct chairs sent to me. A portion of my order was incorrect and that might be the fault of the manufacturer who shipped them.
I ordered my entertainment center and from there things went smoothly. It came in approximately 4 weeks. The delivery was the same. The crew put it together in no time and were very courteous.
The service was smooth from ordering to delivery and everything in between. I love my sectional and have no complaints! I recommend Coleman Furniture!

I ordered a 3 piece sectional. It was delivered a few weeks after ordering, but one of the pieces delivered was the other color. The delivery guy was helpful in coordinating the return. It took 1 week to reorder the last piece, and 3 more weeks for it to arrive. Coleman Furniture kept me updated on the communication from the manufacturer while waiting for the last piece. I just wish someone had checked my order prior to delivery to confirm it was the correct color. Both sets of delivery guys were great, though!

We ordered a sectional from Coleman, hoping it would arrive for our housewarming party a month later. After three weeks with no updates, we contacted customer service. They said they had no control over when the sectional would actually ship. Days later, they informed us that the manufacturer would be sending it to their shipping partner in a few days, but they couldn't be certain. We were frustrated and felt misled because we would have canceled our order if we knew the process could take longer than a month. Also, the 15% restocking fee they said they would charge if we canceled even before the item was shipped is absurd. We gave a 4-star rating due to poor communication.

Delivery was awesome. Tge product was not the color described on website and basically Coleman Furniture said too bad. It was supposed to be white but it was creamy yellow! Sent photos and Coleman said that Hooker Furniturr said that's white! Very disappointed and will not order anything again from them due to ther attitude.

Delivery of furniture was smooth up until the delivery personnel pretty much demanded a tip
We were doing some living room renovating and ordered the furniture set thinking it would be 3-4 weeks out before it came. To our surprise, it was delivered in about 1 1/2 weeks. Since we were doing some drywalling, we had the delivery people leave it apart and wrapped. We were able to put them together without a problem and we love them, they are just as expected, no defects, and we have received alot of compliments already!

Timely delivery, great communication with status of the delivery
Enjoyed the whole experience from shopping online, to receiving the furniture. It arrived as promised and the delivery and setup was painless the gentleman who set it up were courteous, and very respectful of my home just appreciated the whole experience.
We ordered a reclining sectional couch. It took many weeks to arrive. Communication during the sales process was good. Delivery and setup was also very good.
However, buying a large piece of furniture online obviously has its risks. For us, we knew the size of the piece was on the edge for our space. Once it arrived we decided removing one of the sections would be optimal. However, Colman refused to allow the return of one piece. I found this surprising, as we custom built the couch, piece by piece online, so there obviously is not a problem with reselling it. We also requested the return about 12 hours after it arrived. It was never used.
They said the whole couch needed to be returned. Resulting costs for shipping and restocking was over $1000.
So - we are happy with what we have, except for an extra unit we can't use. Make sure you make the right choice for your situation, or you will pay dearly to return items. And since this is online, its risky to know how things will work out until you get the product into your home.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
