Received my furniture in perfect condition. I seen this patio sectional at a local furniture store then found it here for much less. It was my first time ordering from Coleman so I was a bit leery. Everything turned out perfect. Delivery was easy and the sectional came in perfect condition. It's my new favorite place to relax!
I called Coleman Furniture before placing my order to may sure it would arrive and receive the white glove service before I had to leave for my granddaughter graduation on 5-22-24. The gentleman told me if I placed my order that day then I would receive it in 3 weeks, so I placed the order on 4-11-24.
I received a message that they received the order, then the next day I received a payment message it was received. I was told I would receive updates on my order.
On 4-17-24 I received a message that it had shipped, but that was the last time I heard from them about my order.
On April 30,2024 I sent an email to Coleman Furniture about my order and received an reply back from Mik Miranda customer service@ *******110 that he/she would check to see where my order was and I was given a case ID #: CS-*******. Then I received a message that the furniture would arrive at the local facility next week, be inspected by them, then they would notify me of a delivery date that was it.
On May 7,2024 I acontacted Coleman Furniture again, because I never heard back from anyone about my delivery date. I spoke to Melissa B customer service at *******184. She told me that they expected my order to be delivered to the MI warehouse between 5-13 & 5-14-2024. Melissa B told me she would keep me updated.and call me back the following Tuesday.
On May 10,2024 I received a text from Team Clark's White Glove delivery that they would deliver my furniture on May, 17,2024 order #: *******2252.
They would contact me within 24 hours of delivery with the time. My Renegade Order # is (*******).
5-16-24 I received a text that my delivery time frame was 9:30am - 11:30am on 5-17-24.
There are several scratches on the entertainment center and in the bridge section on two different sides the screws went through the wrong places and broke or chipped the inside of the wood at the top and can be seen sticking out at the bridge top inside space. I was told that I would be called to setup a date and someone could come out to repair these damaged places on the entertainment center.
I am out of state until 6-14-24.
There is a 2 inch line of damaged material across one of the cushions. We didn't notice upon delivery because the delivery guys put that side down, so we can't flip or rotate the cushions. It did arrive fairly quickly and delivery was a breeze

We ordered 3 items from Coleman for bedroom. Items received on said date but one of the furniture was damaged. We refused to take delivery and representative informed us we should receive call with in one week for replacement and redelivery. As promised we received call about within a week about delivery date. Everything worked out as promised. No room for any complaints.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I was out of town for several weeks and the week I got back we had dr appointments on day they deliver to my area and they wanted to charge me a storage fee. They relented on the fee and I am a happy customer.

This is the most comfortable couch we have ever sat on. We have now purchased two we love them so much. The color matches everything perfectly!
The ordering and delivery process went smoothly. I purchased the protection plan too. I thought the sectional was ivory but it has light brown coloring mixed in so it almost looks dirty? The back cushions are completely ivory. The chaise makes a crunching sound on the edges too. There was a staple sticking out of the side of the chaise on the bottom that I noticed too, but It was mostly covered with fabric. It is a big sectional. It's growing on me. Very soft.

I ordered my entertainment center online from Coleman furniture. I had a specific size I had to work with and this entertainment center was the perfect size. I was delighted when it was delivered, and I saw the quality of the piece of furniture. The delivery experience was also excellent!
Several bolt screws were bet/damaged and most of the glue was hardened.

Your website is great! There are a lot of pictures of items that show different angles of products. This allows the customer to really see if the items will be a great fit. So far, the experience has been good.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
