We were told that texts with updates would be sent. We only received an initial one stating it was shipped. We don't know where it was shipped from but it took 7 weeks from the order date.

The bed set took a very long time to come. However, once delivered it was set up pretty quickly and that went smoothly.

Our bed was delivered on time and i was kept informed of the delivery schedule. The bed itself is gorgeous, built very sturdy.

Great customer service! Super fast responses to questions via email. The furniture is perfect! Delivery and set-up was completed beyond expectations!

So far, great. Four weeks to deliver. Will know more then. Thus far, thanks Coleman. Update. My order arrived and I love my new couch and ottoman. The delivery folks were primo! Thanks Coleman and as Arnie would say, "I'll be back!"

The delivery experience was good and I love the look of the furniture, however, the drawers! They are definitely not soft close, but worse, they do not close all the way without a good shove - it is entirely annoying! I would definitely recommend relooking at the design. As many others stated in the review, the other issue is the space between the mattress and the slats - things fall down in there and land either in the drawers or under the bed. Final word of warning - the bed is painfully heavy! Clean your floors and lay out your rugs ahead of time - it was a GIANT pain to do after delivery! Also, despite the "white glove" delivery, they would not put together the makeup vanity - that comes in a box and you put it together yourself - just FYI.

Quick and easy to complete the order. They kept me informed of a delays e.g. tornado in Houston, Texas. Very nice experience.

Delivery was great on time and furniture in excellent condition

I received the order much sooner than I expected. It was delivered within two (2) days of my order.

Coleman Furniture was easy to deal with. Their customer service department was awesome and they kept us informed every step of the way. They also saved us hundreds of dollars and delivery was a great experience.

It was easy to order. The furniture was not easy to assemble, but we did get it done. It appears that some of the holes were in the wrong place, but my husband was able to make adjustments and made it work.
We're happy with the way it looks.
