The bedframe was delivered in a timely manner and was nicely packaged. The delivery driver was nice.
My one caveat is that the way the bedframe is built the pieces don't match up properly and you have to force one edge of the frame together. But I don't think Coleman builds this model so that's not an issue on them
Overall my experience was ok, except the delivery process. I was given only one day as an option for delivery, I had to have my dad drive an hour to come stay at my house to wait on the couch, because my husband and I both worked the only day they gave me as an option. When I asked for another day, I was told they don't know when they could bring it other than that one day. And if i didn't chose that day I'd have a restocking fee for not receiving my order.

My couch is very uncomfortable! Couch broke within one day! A replacement part was shipped but have no idea how to fix it! Very unsatisfactory! I even paid for the warranty!
There are a few areas where the wood is slightly chipped. Shipping was pretty fast.

The tables were easy to assemble, a very sturdy brass material and the glass was well packaged!
The couch o ordered is beautiful. It arrived faster than expected. The original receive date provided was 3 weeks later than when received. This was purchased for my husband's loft space. He loves it and it fit into the space well. Very soft and comfortable. So much so he often falls asleep on it for the entire night.

He just bought a bed room set from a poplar Company. He payed more then I did, got less then I got. Even my son-in-law was impress.It was made very very well,I will order again if I need anything for my house.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
