We're very pleased with the entertainment center. It's a beautiful piece of furniture that looks great in our family room. The delivery crew was wonderful, doing a great job putting the entertainment center together.
After starting to pack clothes in my dresser, I realized that one of the drawers is faulty (doesn't open up fully and is touching the drawer on top when closing). Because I signed the delivery was successful, they would not offer any help. I was very disappointed and am just "living with" the annoying problem.

I ordered 2 of the Lorraine Dark Gray Drawer Nightstand and 1 Black 36" Console Table. The quality of the nightstands were exceptional, however the color description and photo online were completely wrong. Once I received them, I thought I got the wrong nightstands. They are a literally a dark dusty looking brown color. I was so disappointed. Sadly instead of going through the hassle of trying to return them, I kept them and will put them in the guest bedroom or sell them. The console table, I use an an entryway table. It's nice but honestly something that could have easily came from Walmart for about $200.00. It gets the job done for what I need it for, the price is more than it's worth.
Great service and delivery. I got my dresser for a great price, quality is superb and delivery was free white glove. Will not hesitate to buy again from Coleman for other furniture needs.
I purchased a patio furniture set that arrived damaged with various scratches. The delivery crew took pictures of the damages and said they would file a claim with Coleman for me. After a couple of weeks of hearing nothing, I contacted Coleman to inquire. I was told there was no claim and because I waited two weeks, I was out of luck. The customer service rep was very inquisitive, in a rude way - "Why are you just now contacting us?" They said I'd have to follow the warranty process and pay out of pocket to have the damages fixed. IF my warranty claim was approved they MAY reimburse me. Sorry way to treat your customers. Avoid Coleman.
If you receive damaged item's from Coleman, here is their warranty process (from their website):
"If a repair is approved, customer is responsible to source and pay a licensed furniture technician using the approved allocation amount. Once the receipt and work order are provided to Coleman Furniture showing the work completed, reimbursement up to the allocated amount will be provided. If a full unit replacement is approved, the customer is responsible to cover all shipping costs associated with the replacement unit's shipment from the manufacturer's facility up to and including the final delivery to the customer's location."
Coleman requires you to pay out of pocket to fix their issues.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
