The chairs I bought are very nice looking. However they are very hard when you sit on them. Almost like they have been overstuffed. I like them but I'm disappointed in how they feel when you sit.

Purchase a king size bed it looks great, love the white glove delivery but it took way longer than expected.
Everything was beautiful & we already have it put together BUT there was no hardware for the bed so we had to buy some to go with it. Other than that, it's great!

Some delay in shipping from the local warehouse in CA, after I had placed the order on the website (the tracking info they provided did show any activity for 3-4 days). It required a customer service contact to resolve. No other issues, I would definitely recommend.
Our couch has become our favorite part of our home! It's so soft, beyond comfy and the perfect addition to our home.

Very nice entertainment center- the white glove installation was fabulous! The installer overcame a problem and came up with a quick solution. Absolutely get the installation! Everyone who sees it wants to know where I got it. I learned about it from my sister who has one.

I ordered a large tall man's 300 pound Oscar 3 cliner chair. Order was good. It took a month to be delivered. They only provided me with one delivery date and advise that if I didn't have it delivered within 3 weeks I would be charged extra. Delivery went smoothly. So far furniture is holding up well.
