We ordered a couch by Ashley and not only was it priced better the shipment process was flawless! Not only was timeline to deliver faster than Ashley, it was delivered white glove! We love it so much and had such a great experience with this company and delivery service! Would recommend!
I ordered a modular couch from Coleman on January 8,2025 and my couch was delivered February 6,2025. They communicated with me every step of the way. Aside from the excellent customer service, I really love the couch and am so happy that I picked it. I was nervous about ordering a couch online but I love it and would purchase again.

Both items came damaged and the response was that I signed someones phone that I received the items and that I did not note the damages. My window of delivery was 7-10 am - they woke me up at 6 am and arrived at 6:30 am so I was not thinking about inspecting the furniture. I requested to return them and repurchase elsewhere and was told I was not eligible to return items and was offered 125.00 toward a repair and never heard back after that.
I found the sofa I wanted online at multiple sites, and though I had missed the last day of 2024 pricing due to being out of the country for the holidays, my Coleman rep was able to honor the original quote I received. I had a deadline of January 31st for a houseguest's arrival, and while I was told everything would be processed immediately, it was possible that my delivery might not occur by January 31. I did see the emails showing the processing of my order and happily, the sofa was delivered well early, thankfully because there was an unanticipated color situation involving the pillows that were included with the sofa, but I had more than enough time to purchase and receive new pillows in different colors to enhance my sofa and room, and all was great when my houseguest arrived.
Overall a fantastic experience from start to finish. Placed our order online and were kept up to date with current order status. Delivery was also 5 stars.
From the ordering, the great communication, the great pricing and great product. I cant say enough about how this is how all business should be conducted.
I sent photos of obvious existing repair to previous damage before our delivery. They offered $75 to repair which was a joke the lowest service appt to look at it was $75 with approx repair &125 making minimum repair of $225. It was back and forth and arguing. This lead to them sending someone they hired after wasting my time to find someone and it was an average repair but didn't really fix it you can definitely see where damage was. The repair guy also said it had been previously repaired poorly. I will not recommend or purchase from Coleman again.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
