Coleman's had excellent customer service. I was kept apprised of the progress of chairs & delivery from start to finish. The delivery and set up was professional.

The shipping date is not flexible and they are very rude. I waited 8 weeks for a bed frame to come. And the guy told me if I didn't get there within one minute he was going to leave. After he was only waiting for three minutes. He acted like he was trying to take it up the steps and then told me he wasn't going to do it. I told him to just leave that piece downstairs. He said he had to take it with him because his boss made him and then Coleman wanted to charge me over $100 to have them try to redeliver it. After begging and begging, they decided they were going to redeliver it for no extra fee. The same delivery company came but with way nicer men! I finally got my bed but you need to improve the shipping time and get a better 3rd party delivery especially when I paid $1800!

Ordered counter chairs to match our kitchen chairs. Coleman was much cheaper than our local furniture store, had free delivery and assembly of chairs was very simple. Saved 40 %! And they provided accurate shipping status

Great piece of furniture. Delivery guys were great. Shopping online was super easy.

The white glove delivery was great and went without a hitch. They left everything set up and ready for us to enjoy.

Simply smooth! No issues, great packaging, everything was there.

The delivery company only offers delivery Tues and Wed, and those are days I have to work in the office, so I found that very inconvenient. They also were almost an hour late/outside of the estimated time window.

I love my dining table. I placed the order by calling them. The communication was great until the delivery time. The team scheduled a day but no time for delivery and the first delivery crew just delivered half of my order and table leaves were chipsed. Even though Colman informed me it couldn't make up for the time and frustration that I experienced, the first delivery crew was also impolite. They sent the rest of the order the day after at my requested time. I couldn't enjoy my purchase.

Shipped and delivered much quicker than expected. Delivery driver set it up and took all the trash with them as well. It was awesome.

They were great at communicating about the delivery date. The product came and was assembled by the delivery men, and it's beautiful.

Had to cancel 2 delivery dates for only 2 times it snowed this year! Third time was charm,delivered as promised by excellent professional delivery men!

The sectional couch we ordered ended up taking over 6 weeks to get delivered, but it was very worth the wait! The couch is beautiful and comfortable.
