I ordered a new living room set from Colemans (gorgeous) and the set arrived in perfect condition and the gentlemen who set it up did so quickly and were very nice. The ordering process was easy, I got a really fantastic deal and I could not be more pleased.
Good customer service, great couch, affordable and comfortable
I purchased a wonderful sectional that was just what I was looking for. I could select the pieces I wanted instead of having to buy a preselected package for my sectional. It was delivered and set up for me and all boxes where taken away. The only thing that I think they could do better is maybe give an update on delivering, instead of a person having to wait three weeks after they order it to hear anything. Even an acknowledgement that everything is still being processed and telling you the latest delivery date.
Ordering was 10/10. Communication was 10/10. Delivery 2/10. The White Glove company left big boxes in the alley where they parked the delivery truck, and the WORST part, they put a DECENT SIZED HOLE in the brand new couch and tried to cover it up. I found it the next day. The workers were nice and quick with set up, I would still recommend but I am very disappointed to spend this amount and receive the couch with a hole. It is obvious this happened when they were bringing it in or putting it together.
Items clearly and accurately described on website. Received follow-up on status and confirmation of order. Updates on my order along the way. The local white service delivery company used was easy to schedule with. Delivery company also texted/called day before and day of so we knew when to expect arrival. Would order from Coleman again!

Ordering the furniture and everything was very simple. Dealing with Coleman's to get my furniture ordered and delivered in the timeframe that I needed it, all worked wonderful.
THE DELIVERY PEOPLE, THAT WAS A WHOLE DIFFERENT STORY.
I ordered 2 bar stools, got counter stools instead. Ended up sending them back and having to pay the shipping to get it back to Coleman. I order items all the time on Amazon and the thought never even crossed my mind that I would have to pay to ship the items back to Coleman (it cost me $65.00 to ship it back to Coleman). Customer service reminded me on numerous occasions of their return policy which I totally missed, my fault. I understood from the beginning that this was associated with Ashley Furniture which I thought was reputable and helped me make my decision to purchase from Coleman. I wouldn't ever order from Coleman again.
The furniture is beautiful exactly as expected and the deliver process was fast and efficient and the people who came were so kind and did a wonderful job.
We purchased bedroom furniture and are thrilled with the product and services. I was nervous to spend this amount of money on furniture that we had not seen, but I am pleased. We will certainly shop with Coleman Furniture again.

Ordered the Ashley Lindyn 6 piece sectional. It was delivered as scheduled and the delivery driver was very nice and put it together for me. Love my new sectional.
I didn't get my order for months after I ordered it. The date kept getting pushed back over and over even though when I ordered it, it never said it was out of stock.
Overall the experience was great. The ordering and the white glove delivery was amazing. The only negative I had was the shipping company itself delayed my delivery by three weeks. Which wasn't the fault of coleman furniture. I highly recommend ordering from coleman. They have amazing products and service.
We are happy with the sectional couch but had one problem that customer service tried to help us with. We didn't realize how oversized the ottoman was, which is our fault for not looking at the dimensions closer. Although, one of the pictures on line made it look smaller than it was. So when we received it and found it was too big for the room we wanted to send it back. Coleman told us the charge to send back the ottoman was $400 and we paid $450.00. So we got stuck with an ottoman we can't use. I'm glad we liked the couch because I can't imagine how much it would have cost to send back the couch and ottoman if we didn't like the whole unit. This experience will make us more cautious next time considering to buy on line without physically seeing the product.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
