Put together a big order of a collection we spotted from Pulaski in our local store. I shopped it around everywhere and more or less got the same pricing. Coleman was slightly more expensive however they were offering to set it up for free. The only lower offer wanted another $200-$300 to set it up and they were about $40 less. It was in out eyes that the best value by far to go with the free setup and we are glad we did. The pieces combined weight well over 1000 pounds and there is no way we would have been able to handle ourselves.
Wrote an email a few months ago asking to purchase extra covers for my sofa. Rachel Thau responded that they were available. Wrote back again a few months later and recieved an email that they were not in stock. No problem, I can wait, right? Sent am email back asking when they would be back in stock and Rachel wrote back they will no longer stock the item. I wrote back again asking if they still stock the sofa, she snarkily replied that they will not take cushions from warehouse sofas. Um- what? I never mentioned I expected her to do so. But, now that she mentioned it, they never have charge backs? My intention was to purchase another sofa. I am appalled at the way I was treated. Unfortunately, there is no other way to contact the company other than through her. I hope someone from corporate will read this and can help remedy this event.
Adjustable headrest on sofa is so simple and for some reason I haven't seen it before. Why should you strain your neck to view the TV while reclined? It's a simple solution and we were glad to have finally found it in the graford. We weren't initially crazy about the color but it has grown on us.
We waited for almost 3 months for this bar to finally come out of production. To be fair we were forewarned that it may take a while by the sales guy on the phone but we couldn't find anything as perfect for our basement. It has a cozy fireplace that looks really sweet built in and the bar stools have the back to it which we really wanted. Waiting was though but we are thrilled now.
All that was needed was a small nightstand for our basement guest room and we found one here that looked nice and would fit the room properly.
The Diva set is great but I was nervous about scratching the shiny finish so we added a table pad upon siggestion from the sales rep. We are glad we did.
The delivery guys held the delivery and extra couple weeks until they finished retiling our floors. It was really helpful and once the floor had set we were able to put the living room set into the right places without having to haul them twice.
It was a simple transaction and as expected. Item arrived with UPSand was not too difficult to assemble. My only complaint would be the assembly instructions could use some clarification but once I decided to do it on my own it wasn't nearly as difficult.

My order was just a simple clock for our kitchen and it performs as expected.
The sectional was big one and only breaks into 2 pieces so the delivery guys had to bring it through the back door so it would fit. They did that graciously and professionally.
We enjoyed the Lonsdale sectional different options when we saw it in store but it was above our budget. That is until I did some poking around online and found it for much cheaper here. We are thrilled and thank you.
I was suggested on the phone that if I wanted to make the sectional larger I can add an armless sleeper. We did that it's now huge and lines the whole wall of the basement. It actually looks really good like that and if you have the space, a smart choice,. The line is Delta.
We were moving to a new home and needed a new bedroom set and mattresses anyhow. We checked out our local store but being smart shoppers we always check online to see if we are getting a good deal. We found it for less here and the store refused to match prices. We were pleased the delivery included assembly and do enjoy our new bedroom set in our new bedroom.

We first spotted a different entertainment system by Liberty and liked it. When we went online we found the same series was available in a couple different colors. We thought we would like the dark one more but were a little hesitant to order online. We deliberated on it for a while and decided to take the plunge. Once we received the item we really liked the finish in person and are very happy we found it in this espresso color.
We had found our dining set used on craiglist but really wanted the matching buffet. After searching online the cheapest we found was here. It was also assembled free for us so overall a goof value considering it's new.
I like the lamp and it wasn't too difficult to put together. It's a nice height and projects the light nicely.
We found a clearance floor model of a perfect wine cabinet but didn't buy it right away as we wanted to go home and measure. Once we did we came back to buy it but someone had beaten us to it. We were so dissapointed but the store gave us the model number to see if anyone else had it. We searched online and found it here and we called them. They didn't have it but checked and the manufacturer said they still had a few available. Not wanting more dissapointment we ordered on the spot and are really happy with it.
Just a simple tv stand was needed and I kept finding I was getting charge so much for shipping. I like how prices here we competitive and had free shipping on the site on anything.
Kerridon is a nice series howeveer the putty color may not work for everyone. It did for us but we have a very "bright" home and the color goes over well there.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
