It was so easy shopping with this company, I ordered my stuff, talked to them on the phone about my order and shipping, got my shipping call, and the furniture was here on time. It took the delivery company 5 minutes to deliver it. So easy.
The furniture is high quality and I recommend to everyone to shop here first. Upon delivery my freight invoice stated white glove treatment that statement is so true. Delivery personnel were so professional and made sure that everything was functional.
I went online looking for the best price for Catalina Sleigh Bedroom Set and found that Coleman had the best price. Actually, I could believe the price difference. I had not heard of Coleman, they are locate in New York and I'm Arizona. I was not sure how it work, so I called them several time with different questions before I placed my order. Each time the representative was great. I love the fact that they emailed you each step of the process to let you know the status of your order and you could call any time with questions. They tell you that your order will be delivery by a white glove delivery service and they tell you to thoroughly inspect your furniture. When my furniture arrived I inspected it and found damage to my night stand drawer. I took pictures of the damage, I had the delivery company to take it back and I called Coleman right way. They sent me a new night stand by the same delivery company within 2 weeks. Coleman honored everything they told me. I will do business with them again.
I found my dream couch online and shopped several vendors for the best price. Coleman furniture beat the competition by several hundred dollars and offered free shipping.The couch was on backorder for several weeks but representatives at Coleman kept me updated. Several weeks later I purchased two chairs from Coleman. I continue to shop their site regularly.
I called for a price match of $9 difference. I spoke with Steven, who told me that he is the manager and there is no one higher than him. He refused to price match the difference of $9 because of the location of the in home setup and assembly of the other company. However, their site does not state that a location has to be listed by their competitor. Their site states "price must include in home delivery and setup" in order for them to price match. The site does not state that their competitor has to list the location of where they have to setup. The competitor site does state "in home delivery and set up."
I asked for the manager because Henney, the sales rep did not seem to want to answer my questions and all she wanted to do was tell me that she did not like their competitor. Steven was rude, he yelled at me several times. When I asked for a corporate phone number so that I can tell them how their future customer was being treated, Steven said their is no one higher than him and that the owner is not interested in how their customers are being treated by their management and sales reps. I had to ask him to get a word in and he said "talk, talk, talk, go ahead and talk, I do not hear anything, talk!" Then I heard a noise like he put the phone down and that was what he did. I heard him clearly mocking me and saying "let her talk to herself!" and everyone was laughing.
All this for a difference of $9. What a shame of what they put me through for $9. They must really be desperate for money, because they are not honoring what is written on their website.

I had never heard of Coleman furniture but it was a pleasure doing business with them. The email updates on my order was nice and when it was time for delivery the customer service was outstanding.
Furniture was cheaply priced but expensively made! Purchase was easy and the items were shipped quicker than expected. I was notified by emails and a phone call to acknowledge shipment date. Shipping service was courteous and professional.
Looks great, solid, and easy to put together. A wonderful deal compared to some of the more expensive comparables we looked at.
Went to a store first looking for a chair, felt like I was dealing with a car salesman. I looked on line and found it $300 cheaper with white glove delivery included. Love the chair, but love the deal and service I got dealing with colemanfurniture.com, more.
The dresser I bought from Coleman's is gorgeous. It is an Ashley's piece (I actually bought the exact same piece in a different color about 4 years ago) I almost bought the dresser at Ashley's in July when they were having a sale. I'm glad I decided to wait and search the web for a better price because Coleman's was about $700 cheaper, plus no shipping charges like Ashley's. I really wanted to buy from Ashley's because I have bought several pieces of furniture from them before and I have their credit card with 0% interest, but they said that they could not match Coleman's price. Even using Affirm to finance it with Coleman's, which has a higher interest rate than Ashley's, the total cost will be much less buying from Coleman's.
I was hesitant to buy from Coleman's because there are some pretty bad reviews about them on 1 or 2 review sites. There are also some really great reviews though, so I wasn't sure which reviews to believe. But, I am glad that I went ahead and bought from Colemena's because I had no problems at all. I ordered the Ledelle dresser on 9/20 and it was delivered on 10/12. The shipping company emailed me when it reached their warehouse and said it would be 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. However, I got a call and email from them the next day saying they wanted to deliver to me the following day. Perhaps it was quicker shipping for me because there are Ashley's warehouses in Houston. I'm not sure. But, overall I don't think the wait time, from order to delivery, was too long. The shipping company brought it right into the living room where I wanted it and took all the packaging off of it so I could check it before they left. Overall, I love it and would definitely buy from Coleman Furniture again. I may even buy the matching nightstands that go with the dresser I bought since I like the style so much.
Purchase living room set and must say the set is simply gorgeous. Was told it would take up to four weeks to get set but got within two weeks. The delivery company was exceptional. I'm truly please with my purchase. I intend to purchase additional pieces to go with set and will review on that order once I receive.
The king bed we ordered was displayed as not in stock on the website. Shortly after making the order, we got a call from customer service to ensure we knew this. They gave us a timeframe for when it was to arrive at our house if we proceeded. They underpromised and over-delivered, as it arrived early.
The delivery company installed it right where we wanted quickly and on our schedule. I would order form Coleman again.
The Coleman mobile site was very easy to navigate and I was able to search for the exact bed I purchased with simple keywords. I was very happy to find the bed I saw in-store on the Coleman site for over half off the price in store. I would 100% shop with Coleman in the future!
The leather lounge chair was a very thin bonded leather that tore easily. The foot rest did not go out far enough for legs of a 5 ft 10 woman whose legs hung over, very uncomfortable! The mechanism broke after only 2 yrs of very little use. I couldn't find a slip cover that worked with it, It is nailed together now, three years later, looking for a new chair.
I had been searching and searching for a behind the couch bar table for our movie room. I didn't want to spend a fortune or hire someone to make one. This table just happened to appear online right when I needed it. Coleman furniture shipped it earlier than expected and gave me the best price! The table was easy to put together and looks beautiful.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
