This was an easy purchase of a top quality product! I've bought several items from Coleman and have always been impressed with the quality and service. Great value!
The online ordering was easy and the white glove service was great. The furniture arrived in good condition and was a very good quality for the price. The protection plan was also included for free with my purchase which I thought was a nice feature as well.
Seemed like a great deal. I ordered a furniture set: couch, loveseat and recliner chair with a protection plan. Prices good, delivery on time... but the evening of delivery, noticed the loveseat wasn't reclining properly. Turned it upside down and noticed some bolts and caps were missing. Tried for months to deal with the company for missing parts, sending pictures and details and got terrible customer service. I was reminded several times that I signed off on the delivery slip but really, who expects a customer to turn a heavy couch upside down and identify missing bolts upon delivery? I only wanted the parts needed to make the loveseat usable. I would never deal with this company again and the protection plan is evidently not worth anything.
Customer service was excellent. After I ordered, I was regularly kept informed of progress of my order and the table is great!
Fair pricing and quality products. No tax and free delivery, cutting out the middle man saves big $$$ and makes furniture shopping less stressful. Wait for the holidays for better deals

I ordered an industrial style desk through Coleman Furniture, taking advantage of their sale. The ordering process was simple, but what followed was professional service, keeping us posted as to where we were in the ordering process, that our item was being packed and soon thereafter, shipped. We were not ignored and we sincerely appreciated being informed. Wonderful company!
I usually do not buy furniture online because you never know what you will get but I just loved this style so I took a chance. I am so happy I did because it looks just like the pics online and it is super high quality wood for the price! Coleman was great to work with as well, I think I got my order shipped and delivered all in about 2 weeks. Thank you so much for the superior service and product! I really LOVE my entertainment center :)

The site is very easy to navigate. Checking the status of my orders is easy to access and always up to date. Plus, customer service always calls me and gives me updates. I'm comfortable ordering from this company; even though they're in another state.
Coleman Furniture is top notch company. I placed my order for my wall bed and they kept me advised every step of the way concerning shipping and delivery. I received two calls, an email, and a call from the delivery service to tell me when to expect the product. Coleman Furniture checked the boxes before it went out the door and there was no damage to the product when it arrived. We were happy with their delivery service because they put the product just where we asked them toright in front of our 2-car garage so our handyman could assemble it inside the garage.
I would highly advise buying through this company.
I love the couch! It does not only look comfortable but it also is super comfortable. I ordered the sleeper couch, which I used with my Guests and both told me that they had a good night sleep.
The set up was great as well. They were here on time and set the couch up really fast. I really do love my experience with coleman furniture.
This was my first attempt at ordering furniture online & Coleman Furniture exceeded my expectations. Great customer service & keeping me informed. My bistro dining set was beautiful & delivered promptly. The description of the set was exactly what was displayed on the Coleman website. No disappointments here! Will use Coleman again for sure.
2 1/2 Months I wait for an entertainment center yet the company drivers can not wait 10min for me to get home from work! Not to mention I took a half day at work and missed my son's first day of school to meet them. I would have been more than happy to cancel my order and go with a more reputable company but they obviously are very aware they are horrible and put a 15% "restocking fee" on. I was even willing to pay that not to deal with their "Thursday Only" delivery. So if you are in Ohio and Thursdays during the day dont work for you then dont bother ordering. I am in the military and it is difficult enough to get a 1/2 day off let alone a full one. And thanks for the whole 12hr heads up on what day you were coming that was very professional.
The prices were great and it even shipped for free. My furniture came fast and they even set it up for me in my house. I would highly recommend Colemans!
